Over promised, when things go wrong they will try and upsell solutions, and when they don't work - guess what more upselling. All about the sales and not enough staff to service account - change of staff and long delays. When locked into a long contract there is nothing you can to do other than pay for something that isn't working. If you decide to work with them I would advise an opt-out in the contract for non-performance. Hope this helps when searching for a reliable email platform.

Missold by sales, solution has no native integrations, everything that should be standard has ludicrous fees. Very much feels like a platform in Beta. Locked us in contract for 12 months, huge mistake.

Save your time and money and go with a better solution.

Always excellent support available and enough training to be able to develop my skills within the portal.

There are a lot of tools available, so it's more than just an email builder.

Easy to navigate and great for reporting too.

Best support. Excellent capabilities. The power of journey building, automation, data filtering is great. Email builder is not the most user-friendly out there.

We have used Force24 for over 3 years and had nothing but good experience. We especially like the free training for life and the very cost-effective when adding new employees to the system or refresher. The account management is 5 start and George has been an integral part of the team and is always available to support (especially when we have a tight deadline).

We've worked with the team at Force 24 for around 5 years now. Great experience so far and I'd recommend them to anyone looking for help with email marketing.

We have recently onboarded Force24 to replace Mailchimp as we wanted something a bit 'smarter'. Safe to say we are thrilled with the automation components and the support team has been nothing less than fantastic!

The platform allows you to build effective emails, landing pages and journeys with ease. Its simple to use and self explanatory unlike so many of its competitors, and if you do need to speak to a member of the team, there is always someone on the end of the phone without having to sit on hold or talk to a machine! The platform is a powerful tool that saves us time and money. The Force24 team are knowledgeable, helpful and efficient right from the on-boarding stage, through to training and ongoing support. Force24 has become a vital link in the chain of what we do in our business and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
