I ordered 1 pink 1/4 zip sweatshirt and instead received 2 - 1 purple and 1 white.
I have emailed, sent them messages on messanger and messaged through their own contact page - Nothing. Does anyone have a telephone number?
Made an order of 4 items first time. 2 t shirts, 1 1/4zip and 1 jacket. It took 3 weeks to arrive. No update on being dispatched, it arrived without the jacket in and a random additional t shirt which I didn’t order/want. I emailed them straight away with pictures and have heard nothing. Emailed twice since. No response.
Since ordered another jacket as really wanted it, yet again 2 weeks on. No updates, no communication and no jacket. I’ve emailed them again and tried via instagram and no response at all. Shame really as products are very good quality.

No comms since. Would avoid. Clearly isn’t capable of putting the deal right.
They sent me the wrong item so I emailed them and they never replied. I reached out to them on Instagram asking for help and they blocked me. I had to do a chargeback with my bank in the end.
Paid for next day delivery which even confirmed it would be delivered the next day. Took well over a week. I have tried contacting them through email, website chat and social media. Appears a few people have had issues. They have also deleted people’s comments on Instagram and even now blocked me from their page when all I want is a response as to why my order took so long and a refund for my delivery charge.
Do not buy from them. I ordered 2 months ago and have not received my items. Ignored by customer service, and they’ve deleted multiple comments from their socials from other customers experiencing the same. Have tried numerous contact methods. Ended up doing a chargeback via my bank. Robbing scumbags
Please DON'T buy from this company. They won't send out your order and will keep your money. Their customer service doesn't exist and they don't reply to emails. They delete bad reviews. I've seen many comments on their social media from unhappy customers saying that they've taken their money and not sent items, and the company deletes them all. A quick look at Companies House shows that the business is questionable. I think it's a scam.
