Scam. You will be stuck at the airport

Charged me 2x initial quoted price so that I could have a carry on and be seated with my new husband THEN when upon arrival to airport for my return flight I found out that they changed my final destination from Chicago to NEW YORK! The aorlone told me that this is a fraudulent ticket...I am beyond angry with this company.

SCAM, same experience as two other customers, flights were cancelled while at the airport leaving me an my family with no tickets and 3 months later no refund of my money, stole my money. I have called and spoken to Adriana whom every time I call says she will give me a call back 24-48 hours, never calls back. I will be reporting to the authorities and suing.

This place is a scam. We had the exact same experience as another person giving a poor rating. Received an email confirming our itenarary then several hours later he called to say that rate was sold out but he could book us at a higher rate. The address of the company is listed as a residence. I will be reporting to the proper authorities.

Olivia made the process so seamless and I'd definitely be working with you guys over and over again just because of her. I'm so grateful for such good customer service

COMPLETE SCAM!! Frantically looking for a flight to see my dad before he passes. I get an email less than 24 hrs before my flight saying it needs confirmed. Odd.. I call and suddenly that flight is not available and he tries to book a more expensive flight. Also lying about how many times he tried to call me! This is the LAST thing I needed at a time like this!

Bought my tickets on Nov.15 to fly on 19 and they told me should receive your e-tickets within 24hrs today is the 18 still don’t have the tickets and they keep telling give a hour you will have it I promise liars p.o.s liars

I wish I could give absolutely 0 stars! Talk about a FRAUDDDDD!!! SCAM! Doooo nottttt! I repeat doo not book with them! I spoke with Pablo Garcia and Juan! They are scammers! They refund a partial so that they can say the refunded partial and that the airline will refund the rest🙄 then they say call your bank and dispute it as fraud! Then the scariest part of all is that they refunded the money on a different credit card that was not used so they stole I’m assuming my identity bc how else would they get that info… be smarter than me

I booked our flight from Fresno to Oklahoma on a Thursday with a return flight from Oklahoma to Fresno on Sunday. I have not received my return tickets or been able to contact customer service
I hope I am not going to have a problem returning to Fresno

I would give no stars if I could.,said it was one price and gave my credit card then said I owe 400 and something more or I have to pay cancellation THIS COMPANY IS NOT GOOD. I WILL NEVER BOOK WITH THEM

Funny how all of these 1 star reviews are saying the exact same thing. You book a flight through this website that is also timed. Once payment is confirmed, you get a phone call within literal minutes from a lovely Indian man telling you that the price you booked under was no longer available. Don't worry though, for more money, you can still keep your flight - or, you can simply cancel it for a few.

So these people, or this person, insists that they cannot help you, nor can you talk to anyone else that might actually be useful. After refusing his BS he hangs up. I call back and he plays dumb after being asked "were you the one who just hung up on me?".

The most offensive part in all of this is while he insisted the promotional pricing had essentially expired within minutes of you booking the flight within their "time limit" on the website. So the pricing wlhad expired yet I'm allowed to still make that purchase - only to have you call me within minutes saying it's now more expensive.

These people make a living for themselves screwing you out of your own money. The bank and card used for the transaction will be addressed. Just know these are more dirtbags, in an industry already ripe with fraud. Report them to the BBB.

I have booked my ticket to New York, our flight is next week 14 June, my last name spelt incorrect. I am hoping everything will be OK. Will call American Airlines to make sure everything will be OK.

FRAUD ELERT! They would not provide you the tickets right away, but will call you the next day and ask for additional charges. If you don't agree, then would have to pay the cancelation fees for no reason. Bottom line- don't use it.

Thank Forbiser for helping me making my reservations quick for my trip from SEA to LA few weeks back. Interacted with Shane who made sure the entire conversation and transaction was smooth. Initially was a bit hesitant on sharing my card details but all was done securely. Thanks team !

you can just charge me one amount for ticket. and then tell me i still have to pay taxes and service fee, scam alert. even that there was nothing indicating they. will charge me taxes and service fee after my booking , i would say scam alert,

seems like I can’t reply to an employee who posted reply for my review, this has nothing to do with you, booking the airline ticket or charging me. This has to do with you  taking my money and not letting me know that there’s a lot more charges coming tax and the service fee ,  you’re supposed to advise people that besides the money that you’re charging them for the ticket you’re going to charge a tax and the service fee in addition to what you already paid, after you already purchased a ticket the only time you get that information when they can finally call you or email you stating that there’s more to come , even your website indicates everything’s included ::::::

I have all the emails to prove you, I’ve made a reservation, and I was waiting for my confirmation when you guys reached out to me and told me that yes you made a reservation. Yes, that’s how much you paid for it but the ticket won’t be confirm until you pay taxes and fees on the top of your already paid, problem is not about you charging me in advance. Problem is after you’re selling me a ticket on your website you folks want to reach out to the customer and ask for more money where you could’ve enclosed that in the first place, you could’ve tell people that hey besides the price, there’s taxes and fees, advising in advance that there’s going to be extra fees it’s crucial for my decision making, it’s like a trap you purchase a ticket thinking that you already did come to find out that’s not end of it there’s more charges about that apply otherwise you’re not getting the ticket, so why don’t you tell me and put all the charges of upfront when I purchase it that’s all I get but in this case you guys wanted me to pay in addition to what I already paid, don’t tell me that prices do change I understand the prices do change but that’s not what your your representative said , your representative stated that the ticket price still the same, except I still have to pay surcharge fees and taxes on the top of it
