I ordered a jacket and it was too small. The company offered me another larger size for the cost of the shipment $15 and they let me keep the smaller jacket. This is great service and I would recommend this company to anyone.

Would give 0 stars if possible. Ordered 2 dresses which doesn't look ANYTHING like the images. Fraudulent company and terrible quality. It's disgusting, I spent AU$132 and the offered to refund me $19. Still in a dispute with them. Wish I had read all the reviews before I purchased. Nothing about their return process is "easy" as they indicate on their website. Bloody crooks!

The cardigan was beautiful and well made. It fits really well

First it arrived in a timely matter, the item was too big and when I emailed them the response was very quick as well. I'm now waiting for the replacement

I like the tops very much. One looked like a sweatshirt in the picture but it was a long sleeved tshirt. Still pretty though. My biggest complaint is sloooow delivery. It took a month to prepare to ship and then another 3 weeks to deliver. I get my deliveries from overseas from other countries in a couple of weeks.

The skirt is okay but I thought it looked like a dark tartan in the photo... it is definitely not.

I received my order, quality was good, but jumpers too large. Emailed many times and still haven't had a reply, about how to return the order. Very disappointed

More or less happy with the order. The items are of good quality and look nice.
However the pleats of the skirt were messed up due to packaging and I’m not sure I’ll be able to reconstitute them when ironing.The top of the 3 piece suits is shorter and wider than expected. Otherwise ok

Nice and easy to order and quick delivery

The order time was not as bad as I thought it would be the tops I ordered were a good fit but disappointed that one of the tops went out of stock once ordered but quite happy with the ones I received.
Very pleased with the price and quality on the two separate orders.So I will continue to keep a close eye on the new stock.

An absolutely beautiful cardigan. Will definitely order again. Delivery not too bad considering it comes from the states but well worth the wait. I’m in the UK big big fan xx

Avoid at all costs. Jumpers don't reflect the photos, are poor quality. I wanted to return with full refund but was told I could keep the jumpers & was given a refund of £23 when they cost £80 as would cost too much to return. I nearly didn't buy originally & now wish I hadn't!!!

The sweater I bought is lovely but doesn't fit so I tried to return. The company offered me $6 to keep it and are being incredibly obstructive about how I return it. Their website actually states 'easy returns' which is untrue. Don't buy unless you're sure you want to keep the item. I won't be buying again that's for sure.
