Booked tickets to PAG - Loreint as I could not find tickets on general sale on the PSG Website. I was not confident with this order, but this company emailed me and called me to make sure they could contact me and gave me clear instructions on when my tickets would arrive via email. It was an easy process at all.
It was an easy process at all and every time i asked something, someone answered back immediately. The only issue for me was that even the tickets were guaranteed, they sent them to me one day before the game. I had made the trip to see the town two days before and it was a necessary condition to go to the game also and it was a little stressful for me, go there without have the tickets until the previous day. But everything went very good.

Great experience
We bought tickets for Inter - Parma, The match where Inter secured the title. We payed for tickets on the third ring and we received tickets on the second ring with an amazing view. We got ticket with our name on it, we entered the stadium without any problems. The communication was also excellent. The overall experience was just great, will defenitely buy again. Everything went wrong. Long story short, TFN had a cocked up seller. While the lower bowl seat was not what I purchased, TFN ran it down and issued me an apology.

You only converse with AI bots the entire process.
My very first use of Footballticketnet.com in Spain, they did not deliver the ticket location (Block 102) for which I paid for the 24 Apr 2026 Real Betis vs Real Madrid game in Sevilla at the Cartuja. I ordered tickets in Block 2 (lower field side) and received tickets in Block 402 (nosebleed) two days before the match. My complaints were answered with AI bots on WhatsApp and email, spouting the same argumentative and dismissive paragraphs of small print legalize. You cannot speak with a live person. Waiting til 1-2 days before the match to deliver the digital tickets basically prevents you from fixing any problems. I am from the United States and used to dealing with legitimate ticket re-sellers, but will never use this service in Spain again.
