Like others, I was charged $29.99 every month for a service I never knowingly signed up for. I have asked them to reverse the charges and they have said they will not. This company is a scam. I will report them to the FTC and the Better Business Bureau.

As per the other comments. Have never heard of them before until a subscription fee (£14.99/month) came from my apple pay, followed by an email saying 'subscription renewed'.

Noted on the positive reviews these are clear bot/ChatGPT created.

Scam company, has to be illegal

This company seemed to have used an apple-pay payment to set up a monthly direct debit for themselves. Reported it to fraud team at bank. Now stopped. Lost money as Barclays wouldn't refund.

I have never used this website, and they have set up a subscription and managed to take the money from my account. NatWest have been mostly useless with dealing with this even though this is obviously a fraudulent company buying data and setting up subscriptions

Terrible experience- take your money and add on more fees to cancel the subscription- stay well away! Bad service would not recommend

Steer well clear, as far as I am aware I never signed up for this service at all but apparently I clicked a button ‘quote’, refusal to return money owed

Keep well away from this company I’ve never signed up for foodie hub and they took 20 pound 90 pence out of my bank they’ve just this minute attempted to take the same amount this time my card has a freeze on it I’ve never ever received anything off them be warned people

Scammers , 3 months they try cut money from my account !

I accidentally subscribed to the food hub thinking I was subscribing to something else when I was charged I only realised then so I emailed the guys at food hub and without any problem they cancelled the subscription and refunded me back my money. God bless each and everyone who work there honest,friendly,and very professional.

This website or company are scammers and the whole foodie thing- and any other product they purport to offer, are lies. People accidently sign up to the payment thinking they are buying something else. I've just lost £29 and my bank won't cancel this as they say I made the mistake. It's Google Wallet they are scamming. Please do not use Google wallet to pay for online stuff. Once they've got access to that they can do what they want. I've managed to cancel my subscription and have received an email but you'll need to log in to your account to get any confirmation. They use rapid pop-ups and tiny smallprint to scam people...before you know it you've somehow managed to agree a subscription to something you never even searched for or have any interest in and their email says 'unsubscribe' but the email address URL is incomplete so doesn't work. Beware and contact your bank, delete the bank card from your Google wallet.

Browsing on an unrelated website and my details were hacked and a trial £1 was deducted from my account and then refunded. A subscription was set up for £29.90 without my knowledge and payment request was made to my bankers. Because of the number of queries they have had about this business, the item was flagged as potentially fraudulent. I confirmed that I had no knowledge of the subscription and the payment was stopped.

My wife was conned when using the web!

Accidental subscription and have been told I will get a full refund upon request. Which means I have given this company 4 stars for their good will gesture and being fair and transparent.

, I initially subscribed through Apple Pay, but after contacting the customer support team, the issue was promptly resolved. Exceptional customer support service.
As my husband subscribed by accident and they gave us a full refund.
