Lost order and never updated or refunded
Ordered wine on June 6th. No delivery for almost 2 months. They do not respond to emails. I managed to find them in WhatsApp by using one of the numbers. Finally they respond that “shipper lost the order”. What kind of operation is this? They seem legit but the service received is almost no different than being scammed. I tried to follow up for a refund, they went radio silence. I finally had enough and opened a case with PayPal who refunded the money after they faced the same stonewalling problem. Stay away from these guys.

Terrible service - no respondes to emails or messages. Checkout and Shipping costs are insufficient and unclear for customers! Never ever again - I can only warn you!
