Fone Angels replaced my I Pad screen and their service was second to none. I dropped off my I pad and within 40 minutes received a call to say it was ready to collect. Excellent service and Excellent prices.

Excellent service from start to finish. I cannot fault any part of the process. I was contacted during the repair about maybe updating the battery with no pressure to do so, just a recommendation which I declined. Phone repaired and returned using express service and received back really quickly. I have used the phone for a few days and no issues with the quality of the parts all looks great so far. Would definitely use again for a repair.

I came across Fone Angels after searching for a replacement screen for my damaged iPhone 6S. I used the drop off service which was straight forward and 45 minutes later I picked up the phone in perfect condition. Screen repair is excellent and a great service from Fone Angels. Highly recommended.

Trod on my iPad and cracked the screen. Hunted around the local area for the best price and then an advert for fone angels popped up at a significantly better price. Was slightly loathe to use a posting service but then realised their office was on my way to work and they allowed a drop off/collection so did just that. Back within one working day for an absolute bargain.

Good value for money and repair was done well and very quickly. They noticed a secondary issue and after consultation with me, this was fixed too. Only small issue was that the 'mail me in' pack did not arrive straight away but this was rectified over email very efficiently

I have used Fone Angels 3 times now and each time they have provided a quick and easy service. I would recommend them based on my experience and the very reasonable cost of the service they provide. The postage of my device was straightforward, the turnaround time was as they described and each time my product was returned it was working again fine.

Repair was carried out fairly promptly but not within the 24 hours that had been originally stated. Repair looks excellent and phone is working correctly. Overall very satisfied with repair and service as whole transaction completed in 7 days.

Unexpected additional charge because the ipad had been 'dropped' on the wrong corner. However it was never dropped, a bottle was knocked over and it clipped the corner so I can't never be sure that the additional cost could ever have been justified. They could have asked me though.

On the other hand speedy response and a quick turn around. Quite happy apart from the above.

Took three weeks to get my phone back and repaired, was slightly concerned with the waiting process but my phone was as good as new.

Really happy - they emailed me to let me know another component may be damaged but absolutely no pressure to get it repaired. Really quick delivery once the repair had been carried out. Would definitely use again (though hopefully I won’t need to!!!)
