High quality and Fast Delivery
I was searching for a 272 meter white background paper roll, so i found Folux bv the only place with a good price and very fast delivery, even better then Amazon delivery, Because when i search on amazon which is my go to for buying these kind of equipment for my studio, but couldnt find any with quick delivery.

Bad quality and very slow reaction from customer support
Bought a vinyl backdrop,170€ from them, needed it fast
opened it, and there was lot of fold lines in it!
Their answer? "it's due to the nature of the material"...
had to scream for 3 days for them to finally offer to take it back but i had already used/cut it as i needed it fast, so I couldn't send it back...
customer support was so slow to come up with a solution! they proposed a 40% discount on paper background... no thanks, won't spend any more money in your shop! RUN.

I'm sorry to hear that the background wasn't to your satisfaction. Unfortunately, your planning was tight and we were unable to provide you with a solution in reasonable timeframe. Of course, we always work on an exchange or look for another solution.
Hopefully you understand, that if you make a irreversible midification to a product (cut the roll), we can't take it back just like that. In our opinion a big discount on a new order is a generous encore.
