Awful.Only one word can describe my…

Only one word can describe my experience. Awful.
The mirror was sent to the wrong address, a £700 mirror. I managed to resolve this, but there was no acceptance of any responsibility from their end or even human appreciation or a thank you.
Just nothing.
When ordering the mirror I requested straight away for the fixings to be attached so that it could be hung in a landscape position, as stipulated on the website. The mirror was sent with portrait fittings. Again there was absolutely no responsibility taken for this, no apology. Extra fittings were then sent after much heartache, but when I asked for guidance on how to use these I was shut down.
Throughout all of this there were numerous phone calls during which I was not only spoken to rudely but also called a ‘liar’ and made to feel like a giant pain.
I used a phone number listed on the website and was then told to stop calling said number, so was made to feel like a terrible person even though it was an advertised number.
After the whole terrible ordeal I apologised as I don’t handle bad feeling well even though I don’t believe I had anything to apologise for, and I wanted it all to be water under the bridge, as I believe life is too short, however I received nothing back, no kindness whatsoever, no let’s let bygones be bygones etc. Just silence. I’ve never know anything like it. As an adult to be treated like this I was shocked. Awful awful awful. There are much nicer smaller businesses on Etsy that equally
As nice a product, don’t be fooled by their ‘wholesome family business’ routine. It’s a sham.

Beautiful products, but wouldn’t bother dealing with them again.

I am posting my experience here in hope of helping the next customer.
In summary my learnings are:
- shipping information is hidden in the t&cs on their website. They have a very easy to find page titled “shipping, refunds, returns” that details no shipping information
- they operate on a full day delivery service, which means you need to be available any time in a 24hr window of that nominated day. You wont find this out until there is a problem though - and its not written anywhere on their website
- When they tell you the named day of delivery if you dont tell the times you will be unavailable in that 24 hour window (eg when you sleep, eat, shower, go to dinner after working hours) then thats on you
- Your items will not come carefully wrapped - especially already known delicate items, and if its damaged when you receive it - thats on you
- It also ridiculous of me to be able to inspect a delicate unwrapped item before the driver leaves for damage
- they take no ownership of unadvertised damage of your item between the time of point of sale, and delivery
