the folding table and chairs are a good sturdy make, so good quality. However the website omitted to mention their weight, so I have discovered they are quite heavy, and not really suitable for using for a picnic because of the weight to carry a table and four folding chairs any distance without the aid of wheels.

Excellent products. Most of it was delivered on time but one parcel was missing. One e-mail and the courier found it and delivered it the next day.

Fast delivery, great item at a fantastic price

The table itself is fine and fairly good value. The issue is the customer service at Folding Tables UK: abysmal. We ordered two tables for an event. Only one arrived. Contacted Folding Tables via the specified email: no reply. Tried again: no reply. 24 hours later, telephoned and had an extremely fraught experience, where I was left feeling extremely anxious and upset, as though I was trying to blag a free table! They finally agreed to send another and I asked for email confirmation: nothing, and no response to another email, asking again. The first confirmation we had that it was dispatched was Yodel saying they were expecting the package. Had to do the event planned without the second table.
On this basis, we will not be doing business with this company again.

Product was as described and arrived safely on time. I would have preferred a chair that had arms to assist me up and down but they were only available from other outlets and not as as good value for money.

Great little table. Easy to set up/pack away. Quite heavy to carry but can be managed with one hand using the carry handle.
Prompt delivery. Arrived on time. Well packaged.
