Cannot trust delivery date (2 weeks late, and waiting...)
I ordered a product specifically because the website stated the following: "For delivery on 01/05/2023, order within..."
I placed the order on 27 April, with delivery guaranteed by 1 May. It is now 17 days later and I'm still waiting.
I have been promised it will be delivered on many different dates and promised to be provided with shipping details, but nothing.
Doubt that I will use them again
Update: after arriving 3 weeks late, the product arrived incomplete and missing half of the parts to assemble.

We hadden inderdaad een vertraging met de levering van de nieuwe voorraad. Helaas ben je daar de dupe van geworden. We gaan de voorraad beter in de gaten houden. Excuses voor het ongemak en een fijne dag gewenst.
ps. We hebben dit product echt op voorraad, vandaag besteld=morgen in huis.
