Dear Bianca,
Thank you for taking the time to give us feedback through Trustpilot and e-mail. You should have received a reply on both platforms by now.
We are sorry to hear about your unfortunate experience at the mushroom tour. The tour guide always aims at answering all questions during the event, with a larger focus on questions from kids, as the tour you participated in was specifically aimed at families.
You did not receive a folder at the start, which was due to the fact that the tour guide did not know it was a part of the tour. This is unfortunate, and we are sorry that the tour guide did not advertise about the possibility of getting a printed copy of the guide to mushroom picking. We would be happy to email it to you, if you still want it.
Having said that, we do feel the tour went on as planned. The tour guide spent time explaining which mushrooms you could expect to find, and what to look for according to individual experience. There were many mushrooms to pick, and the guide was constantly answering questions regarding their names and edibility.
At the end of the tour, the guide looks through every basket to sort the bad mushrooms from the good. This takes time as there are a lot of baskets to go through, which creates the situation that some are finished with the tour sooner than others. The final basket was sorted a short while before 12.30, and at the end the tour guide asked if there were any more questions.
We always aim at describing our courses close to what the reality will be. If you have any further comments or feedback, please feel free to contact us again.
Kind regards
Oliver, FOF København
