At least 50% of the items I purchased there were defective. Company never responds to questions and I end up throwing the junk out. The nearest thing I can figure out is that this is a clearing house for defective equipment or items that do not pass quality control inspections. It's easier to sell on a fraudulent site and not give refunds than it is to throw the merchandise out. They let the customers throw it out instead

It's cheap, so don't expect high quality. But it works. And having to wait for weeks to get the items was just as could be expected.

Only thing not as expected: I needed a micro(female) to mini(male) USB converter. I found what was called a micro(female) to micro(male) adapter (cannot remember the exact wording), but that does not make sense and the image displayed micro to mini as I needed. I got a micro to micro. Who needs that?!? It's a 3 cm extention plug. I pointed it out in a review of the item on their page. The review was rejected, and the misleading image is still there. So now I had to write it here instead.

All in all: Buying here is a gamble. If I can wait a month for an item that costs 1-2 $ I would take the chance and buy here again. For anything over 10 $ I would look elsewhere.

Sold and delivered a counterfeit ICOM talkie talkie. ICOM confirmed the fraud. Beware. Not FCC type accepted. Paypal was of no assistance in the matter. U.S. Customs Enforcement has been alerted. Buy local. All that glitters is not gold.

When I saw the low price of the phone, I thought Santa was passing by and gave me the Gift. However, they told me it was an error lately , so disappointed. Santa didn't come. But luckily, they refunded quickly and gave me a 10% coupon. I didn't suffer any loss and get a 10% coupon. Maybe Santa came to me in a different way.

I'm not happy about this phone incident.actually in my experience,I can say that this store is undoubtedly one of the best in terms of quality-price.
They apologized then gave me refund. lucky,There is no loss in this case.

Scam. Don't buy on this shop. After a purchase, then they get the money and no shipping. Lucky, I bought with PayPal.

Focalprice has flagrantly used the BUYER with an INTENTIONAL abnormally low price policy for several items in your inventory, to get "FREE" ADVERTISING and to FINANCE you getting money from USERs.
For several days, you have "played" with BUYERS and then go back according to YOUR interest, the time you need it. There shoud have been a specific human error (anytime), but in this case there were several, and published for a long time, articles supposedly with reduced price in a "wrong" way.
This is not a Honest at all, and in my humble opinion, this is not a procedure of making bussiness.

Its a SCAM, do not buy here
