Avoid !!

Omg this is the worst airline I have ever come across
Spent 3 days trying to book flight, app makes no sense, keeps telling me I’m over baggage allowance yet I followed the offer and have not exceeded allowance.

Spoke to customer service, unhelpful borderline rude !

My flight was cancelled without my consent

My flight was cancelled without my consent.I contacted support due to safety concerns about travelling during the war, but the agent misunderstood me and cancelled my booking instead of helping. Now I have no support resolution .after 3 days still no respond . Please resolve this urgently.

Very poor communication

Very poor communication, lack of care and empathy for passengers. I have tryign ot cancel my tickets due to serious health condition and they said they will review.

My flight wos council,they make me buy new ticket and they say i can use my council ticket any time in 1 year
They lie
Every time i try to call book my flight they say prize gone up i must pay more
,when i ask how much they was saying more then booking prize they suppost yo make me fly with same prize
Whrn i ask thy they was making all exquise for me to get new ticket

Very good

I read a few bad reviews after booking the flights and was a little concerned but they were really good. We flew to Sharm El Sheikh from Edinburgh with a stopover in Istanbul, all the flights were on time, very polite crew and the food menu was actually quite good, not cheap but the food was ok and most airlines charge a lot anyway. I would use them again.

Booked a flight with option to cancel

Booked a flight with option to cancel, cancelled it and the money was back in my account in a couple of days. Shouldn't be worthy of comment but actually it's a bit of a rarity in the airline industry. This is an honest airline in my experience.

One of the worst airlines I have ever…

One of the worst airlines I have ever flown with after AirAsia. I don't really understand how people keep paying these "disgraceful" companies despite the evident hidden fees. It is not worth it. Are you carrying a passenger or a cargo bag? Pegasus Airlines never serves you a meal and sells them at extremely high prices, waking you up three times on night flights by shouting "our cafe has arrived". I even saw them placing advertisement on overhead baggage about their meal prices. Such a disgraceful airline. And, I haven't even mentioned their ugly, main hub: Sabiha Gökcen Airport. Is it an airport or a refugee camp? One of the worst airports I have been to. And, the truth is, nothing will change till most of us get aware of these silly things and quit these airlines.

flew with Pegasus Airlines on 23…

flew with Pegasus Airlines on 23 January 2026 (Flights PC-1522/PC-1527, Moscow → Izmir → Barcelona) and experienced discriminatory and humiliating treatment. At Izmir, a staff member aggressively questioned me about my finances and travel status, forced me to pay 50 GBP for hand luggage despite being told it was ok in Moscow, and refused to give me 5 GBP change.

I am an Albanian passenger, and her behavior felt targeted, intimidating, and degrading. I cried on the plane from panic and humiliation, and I have video evidence of the incident. Months later, Pegasus Airlines has provided no apology, no compensation, and no meaningful response.

This is completely unacceptable. I trusted Pegasus Airlines, but their staff treated me in a racist, threatening, and humiliating way. I will escalate this matter through legal and regulatory channels if not resolved.

⭐ 1/5 – I do not recommend flying with Pegasus Airlines.

LOST LUGGAGE FOR 2+ WEEKS — DENIED ALL COMPENSATION AND LIED ABOUT THE LAW

Pegasus lost my baggage on 28 February 2026 on flight PC740 from Istanbul to Dubai. I arrived at 2am with absolutely nothing — no clothes, no toiletries, no prescription medication. There was no Pegasus office at Dubai Airport. I was completely alone, in the middle of the night, in a foreign country, with nothing.

For 13 days I received zero substantive response. I sent multiple emails, submitted receipts four times, provided my flight details repeatedly. Complete silence.

Then, after 13 days, Pegasus finally responded — to tell me I am owed nothing, citing "IATA regulations" as their legal basis.

This is factually wrong. IATA is a trade association with no legislative authority. The law that governs this is the Montreal Convention 1999, under which Pegasus is strictly liable for baggage delay damages. Their own written statement — that "no compensation is paid if the baggage is delayed or not found" — is a direct contradiction of binding international law.

I have documented expenses in essential clothing and toiletries. I have been ignored, misled, and left without my belongings for over two weeks with no end in sight — flights are now cancelled until at least 23 March 2026.

Avoid this airline.

Worst airline I travelled ever.

Worst airline I travelled ever.
No like even to write what was wrong, because wrong is everything. Starting from booking the flignt and finishing fith safety of flight performance by fly crew. Totally incompetent personnel on every stage. This airline must stop its service, otherwise human casualties are imminent in the future.

I bought a ticket from Moscow to…

I bought a ticket from Moscow to Conakry. I was denied check in because of transit visa due lack of transit visa and the pegasus representative were very rude and racist. They refuse to change the ticket to another date or refund me. This happened at Moscow Vonukovo and my flight was 10th March at 03:10 am. I regret ever using their service

This is by far one of the worst…

This is by far one of the worst airlines on the planet. Worst staff. Both ground and cabin. The worst is that even their pilots are untrained. We almost crash landed in Manchester from Istanbul. For the first time in my life I got low blood pressure in the plane and I required assistance. The cabin staff completely ignored my requests. My luggage was misplaced. I really hope the airline gets bankrupt soon and stops operating.

False weather cancellation due to bad weather . All other airlines flying no problem!
Excuse was not every plane is suitable for bad weather. I had book thy airplane flights at more expense plus extra transfers fees .
No out of pocket expenses given .
Also lost a day our holiday .
Would not recommend this company!!

I’m going to be completely honest

I’m going to be completely honest , I was reading so much on the internet about the airlines and I was so scared considering crashes , and just general safety , but after going and returning with Pegasus I have to say it was great , food was offered , the staff was kind and seats are literally leather was very comfy compared to Ryan air , I never leave reviews but I’d hate for them to be known as bad they were actually great , most importantly I got to turkey and back home to Ireland back alive , so great job happy with the flights 👍🤝

Quite a long flight but didn't even get a glass of water...

From Dublin I flew to Saudi Arabia with my 70 year old father in-law, my brother in-law and one of my friends.
the first flight was 4h 20m long after transit another 3h 20m.The tickets were very expensive compared to the service we got. While going and returning they didn't even serve a glass of water, the food inside the plane was highly overpriced. The price for a cup of coffee was 7euro and a bar of chocolate 6euro. What a joke! The seats were very tight and there was barely any leg room.
The luggage check in system in Madinah airport was an absolute disaster!
It took us so long we almost missed our next flight.
In the last 20yrs that I am flying with lots of other airlines and this was one of the worst flight ever!
Never going back to Pegasus again.
Definitely would not recommend.

I took Pegasus flight from Karachi…

I took Pegasus flight from Karachi Pakistan Flight No 131 to UK via connection in Istanbuls very busy airport.I was worried about whether I had done the right thing in this war torn area and after reading the reviews.I was very impressed with the flight their service and attitude of the staff which was friendly. They were very professional in their dealing. I am impressed. When needed I will definitely fly with them again.
