I am still waiting for a refund from my flights that were canceled in APRIL 2020!! Lufthansa and Sas confirmed that they refunded the money for my tickets, however I still haven’t received anything, and what is even worse, I’m not getting any reply from Customer Service for over a year!
It’s truly a waste of money and time that I have to spend to deal with this matter and contacting my lawyer!

Hi, I received a voucher from FlightFinder / FlygPoolen for Qatar Airlines, however, this voucher does not work. Waiting for an answer from you as I want to book a new flight as soon as possible. Booking number: 3CPHIS. I can not log in to your site anymore as it says that my booking number does not exist... Very annoying!

There is hardly any customer service
There is hardly any customer service at all. Calling them is not functional and they hardly answer emails.
We booked flight for whole family, but flights got cancelled due to Covid, no problems. The airline has refunded our money to flygpoolen, but they are not refunding us, its 5 months now since the airline has confirmed that they have refunded our money to them.
If the process to take the money is smooth, the refund process should be equally smooth to maintain a reputation, so very very bad customer experience and still waiting for our money.

Non-existent customer service. Do not use!
I have tried reaching out on a number of occasions via phone and email regarding refund of flight. No one will answer calls (cant even get through) or respond to emails. I do not recommend at all. I understand these are extraordinary times however their business practice is completely unacceptable.

CANNOT REACH THEM NOBODY RESPONDS ON THE PHONE AND EMAIL!
THEY ASKED KLM TO REFUND MY MOTHERS RETURN FLIGHT IN JANUARY 30 without our knowledge ( we did not request for it )
NO REFUND OF THE FLIGHT!!!
THEY JUST TOOK OUR MONEY AND DID NOT I FORM US NOW WE HAVE NO FLIGHT AND MISSING MONEY!!!!
WE ARE GOING TO ALERT AUTHORITIES ABOUT THIS AND WE WILL TAKE LEGAL ACTIONS!!!
