A simple case; ticket bought from travel agency (flybillet.dk) - > Airline cancels flight (no alternatives offered) -> no refund from travel agency -> flyforsinkelse.dk takes case
Result: no refund of 7K+ DKK

Experiences;
- Vague dialogue (regardless if Danish or English); It took a number of mails to establish the case.
- Intransparent process; not sure why Flyforsinkelse.dk choose to pursue the airline, not the reseller (flybillet.dk). Did flybillet.dk pay the airline or not? Did they get a refund when cancelled?
- Unclear Court ruling. I was just informed the case was lost

In conclusion;
- be more vigilant about flyforsinkelse.dk's handling in the above use-case. It does not make sense that one of two parties stole 1.000$ from me without being held accountable :-(

(and NEVER buy tickets from online travel agencies in the first place - they will not respond and they will keep your money if anything goes wrong. Just read their reviews)

Flyforsinkelse.dk. I get part of my money back.

After checking we had a valid case, flyforsinkelse.dk took care of everything and kept us informed of progress along the way. We didn’t need to do anything. A couple of months later we received a mail to say the compensation was on its way! It was a very good experience and I would definitely recommend them.

Brilliant and easy service. They kept us well informed throughout the process and it was easy to use

Great service as in the end they managed to get the money back for my cancelled flight due to Covid 19.

The reason for one star less is the communication with the different agents that was sometimes unclear. I had to explain several times the same thing to them and also how the thread is composed on the communication was very difficult to follow and was often confusing.

But all in all great service and very helpful people! Recommended!
