Bad priniting and customer service.

First of all, the website claim "Altijd snelle en gratis levering." However, I received my beachflag for more than 8 working days. Because the delay of printing, I like to cancel my order or have it deliver on another time. No solution from them, instead they still deliver when I'm away. Mind you, I did not even receive the track and trace link from the company so I did't know the status of my package.

Even though I received my order. What I designed looks totally different than what was printed out. The colors were wrong! My design has three colors, and yet, I only get black and white flag! I cannot use the flag at all because the color is not my brand color!

When I contacted the customer service, and complained through its website, until today I haven't received any response from them. Mind you, they only give partial refund, but I wonder if I will receive any refund at all!

ordered posters for our band. The website is very easy to use, the quality is excellent and the delivery was extremely fast. Very happy and will be ordering again.

Received a call that they felt the first batch didn't meet the quality standard. But I needed the prints before a certain date, so at no extra cost my order was reprinted with urgency, and sent via express courier. Well done!

Werd gebeld dat de eerste druk niet voldeed aan de kwaliteitseis. Maar ik had ze wel snel nodig, dus werd kostenloos een spoedbestelling aangemaakt die per courier is verzonden. Hulde!

My rather complicated business cards: not every online printing company is keen on executing them. No problem for Flyerzone, as proven 3 consecutive times. But, every man has a fool in his sleeve. Anyway, this time something did go wrong with the asymmetric folding. Flyerzone not only admitted the mistake made straight away - but also managed to restore it miraculously. WITHIN 6 hours after I reported the error, the 1000 cards were re-printed & folded perfectly ++++ PLUS delivered in my office! Right in time before leaving on a business trip abroad.
I am deeply impressed by this incredible customer-friendly service! As far as I'm concerned, Flyerzone deserves the 'warme douche' Award!

Site is easy to use, and the order was sent very soon as well.

I do think they should switch to another delivery service, or improve the way they work with the current one (though that's probably not possible since the problem originates from within DHL). First time i had to call with Flyerzone twice and ask 5 of our neighbours before i found the neighbour the package was deliverd to (recieved no message from DHL that they delivered the package at the neighbours)
On the second instance, the delivery guy made a note saying that noone was at the office 4 days in a row while the times he noted where office-hours during which we were working in the office. I eventually just went to the DHL sorting centre and got the package myself. These two situations wasted a lot of precious work-hours.

Flyerzone did handle everything nicely and was very polite during the process. And since this review is not about DHL 4 stars seems about right :-)

I ordered printing of a flyer (A5) and eventually a poster (A3) and delivery was not only on time but of good quality! For placing the A3 order, I ended up selecting one for a later delivery than I would have wanted, but on calling to have this rectified. Not only was that rectified, they took it upon themselves to wave the extra cost and delivered it even one day earlier than I expected. That's good service
