Doesn't feel right

Booked a flight a couple days ago last minute. Still no email or anything. Also not in my Spam-box.

Also no answer on a email I've send to them. Even tried to book a flight again. Same result. Nothing.

FLIGHT IS LEAVING IN 3 DAYS....

And the Airline tells me they can't give me the tickets till the booking site approves them.. Fluege.de Not again.

In general, all our customers receive an e-mail. In most cases, this is the ticket/invoice for the flight.

In some cases, it may also be a notification that the conditions have not been confirmed and the booking has therefore been canceled.

Unacceptable business practice

Unacceptable business practice! I tried to book a flight on a certain date. While checking the price again and again to not get tricked they just changed the date of the flight unnoticed during the booking process. Afterward completing the booking a got a message that I booked a flight on an "alternative date". I asked to cancel the booking which they refused bombing with paragraphs. Never again!
