Wilting, dead flowers

The florist was helpful, lovely and knowledgeable, BUT the flower only lasted for three days!!! They also smelt disgusting and stank my living room out. What a waste of £20! We've had flowers from Asda, and they have lasted for three weeks.

I purchased a bouquet of flowers from…flowers for a Funeral

I purchased a bouquet of flowers from Morrisons £20.00 for a funeral, to say they were disappointed would be an understatement. I collected the flowers on a Sunday for the funeral on the Monday in London. I put them in water over night. By Monday they were all dropping and looked awful. I asked for Blue and Punk flowers well not many of each. Totally disappointed. We purchased some more flowers to add to them. A total waste of money.

An excellent experience. Highly recommended.

A beautiful arrangement was obtained this morning from Morrisons Cheadle Heath in store florists. It was prepared quickly whilst I waited by a lovely member of their team. The flowers were nice and fresh, prepared, arranged and gift wrapped so professionally and looked absolutely stunning at very reasonable cost. My friend for whom they were bought was delighted.

Flower Plant dead after few days...

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with their Flower Shop that I feel compelled to share. Over the past few months, I've purchased several flower pots from them, only to have the same frustrating outcome each time: the flowers start dropping their buds and die within a week.

Initially, I thought the problem might be due to my care techniques, so I meticulously followed all the instructions provided and what I could find online. Despite my best efforts—ensuring proper watering, appropriate sunlight, and using the recommended soil and fertilizers—the flowers continued to wither and die. This wasn't a one-time issue; it happened with every purchase I made.

I started to suspect that the problem might not be with my gardening skills but with the quality of the plants themselves.

Buying plants should be a joyful experience, but dealing with this Flower Shop has been nothing but frustrating and disappointing.

Awful quality blooms not fresh and half…

Awful quality blooms not fresh and half were dead, yellow leaves & limp after 3 days. I’ve worked in a florist and the roses and carnations were soft. Can’t get hold of Morrison’s to complain just stuck on hold. Have photos but can’t send anywhere. Amazingly the freshest blooms were the gerbera which are normally first to go.

No Customer Care!!!

My husband ordered a arrangement for my early December birthday but when he went to collect they said no flowers had been delivered so NO bouquet! He gave the Chester florists another chance & ordered another bouquet for Christmas with specific flower requests. As advised he collected them on 23rd Dec only to find none of the requested blooms were there! Once again the excuse was no flower delivery and instead he was sold a yellow/apricot themed Christmas bouquet??? It looked more like a "thrown together" bunch of flowers that they were trying to get rid of. He was so annoyed he phoned Morrisons HQ who just apologised. What a waste of £25 as he could have walked into most other supermarkets and bought a much better ready made bouquet for the same price. Poor show Morrisons.

Very disappointed ...!!!

We bought a flower arrangement today (5.6.22) from Morrissons Whitefield as a 'thank you' gift for our next door neighbour (cost £25). Very disappointed - flowers looked very nice but after we had paid for them and after closer inspection we noticed the lillies, besides most being open, were quite old.

We decided the flowers weren't good enough for our purpose and kept them ourselves. We took them out of the plastic wrapping and the box the florist had put them in and discovered there was hardly any water in the wrapping and what there was was old/discoloured. Also the parts of the stems which had been in the water were slimy and leaves were hanging off!!

These were obviously old flowers - at least a few days/a week old!!! Definitely not fresh. We will now order our flowers from a reputable florist - definitely not Morrissons!!

Wedding flowers awful!!

Ordered my weddings flowers 6 months early for my wedding in November 2019. Nothing like what i asked for as the flowers were accidentally not ordered by the store although they said they were a member of staff admitted it was their mistake so I ended up with what was left from the previous day. Family tradition was gypsophlia, not a difficult filler to purchase but I didnt get any. Button hole flowers had to be redone as they were dead when I collected as they were made at least 48 prior to collection ( I watched them being made and questioned how early they were being done). I was offered a free bouquet of flowers as an apology which im still waiting for in March 2022. Flowers bought in store have always been lovely but was sadly let down for my wedding.

My son sent me a Morrisons flower box for mother's day and they are such a disappointment. Really sparse, poor quality blooms that are dead and damaged. Even a few days of water hasn't revived these poor flowers. Utterly overpriced for what's essentially half dozen stems, mostly chrysanthemums. We're both so so disappointed 😥

Beautiful Flowers

I have ordered postal flowers from Morrisons on several occasions now and they never fail to impress. Each time they have been delivered on time with regular updates from DPD and the flowers have always lasted for a couple of weeks and look exactly like the website. Would highly recommend and will definitely be using again in the future.
