Sent flowers and chocolates to a friend for his birthday. Dont know where they were delivered but not to him. Suddenly no one answers the phone and the web chat has gone. I rang and rang left messages nothing. Eventually got to speak to someone oh they have been delivered. NO. well the delivery people are not being helpful. So no flower and chocolates and no money over £60 lost. Heard nothing now for 2 weeks not even we are looking into it. If you have any sense you will NOT buy anything from this business.

I have had a reply as you can see. Flowerssameday have refunded the money. Thank you. It would seem the delivery people have delivered to the wrong address and the people there have kept them. Could you consider using someone else to deliver if there is somebody ?

My friend had received some bad news. Called to order flowers and delivered same day. What I loved was you listened to my request and the flowers were scented and beeautiful

Flowers as described and I expected to pay a little more for same day delivery.

It was my Aunts birthday yesterday and I'd not managed to send her flowers so I found this shop on Google and ordered the flowers to be delivered that day.
I was extremely pleased that they would take care of my order and deliver it that very day. I was absolutely thrilled and when I heard that they'd been delivered and how very beautiful the flowers are, I was so very pleased.
I can highly recommend this florists, and I know you won't be disappointed.
I'm more than happy to give this florist a we'll deserved 5 star service and a 5 star use of beautiful flowers that made my Aunts day. Thank you so very much. X

What could only have been a problem on the website caused a strange mash-up of the recipient & buyer addresses which resulted in the flowers being delivered to the buyer! The florist who delivered them told us that she had been advised to use flowers to the value of £21.50, this was for a item that cost us £39 plus a same day delivery charge of £7.99. The flowers looked nothing like the web picture, pastel rather than vibrant. And the customer service response? - they have hundreds of customers, nothing wrong as far as they are concerned. Awful, costly experience, don't go there. Even the link on the receipt for the company website doesn't work, and although in theory they were open on Sunday there was no response until Monday.

It's my wife's birthday today and a wanted to get her some flowers online same day delivery as am in hospital and a got the flowers delivered at 3 pm after placing the order about 10 am the wife was well chuffed and loves them reasonable price to

I ordered flowers for mother's day online and had to call them when they opened next day as I never received the email from them saying all was well and the man I spoke to was quite abrupt but the flowers did get there that day but they were nothings like the pictures and for £54 there wasn't many flowers feel a bit disappointed with the whole thing really

Wanted to order Mother's day flowers and card. Website only allowed same day delivery so I placed my order and paid in full. I received a confirmation email telling me my order was being dealt with. Later I received an email confirming my order had been delivered. I called to see if my mum liked the flowers and was told no flowers had arrived. The lovely surprise was ruined and no flowers had been delivered. I contacted customer services who informed me that the flowers had been delivered and gave me a time of delivery. I told CS that no flowers were delivered. I was then informed that the driver had entered the information on the system incorrectly but my order was out for delivery and would be delivered within the hour. This didn't happen. CS now closed, I had to leave a message asking for someone to contact the driver in the morning to find out if my delivery was going to be made. Order finally delivered. The driver misled me by entering on the system that the delivery had been made, then did not deliver within the time frame given. No priority made to the now late delivery and no offer to reimburse me for the same day delivery charge I had paid for. I have had apologies for the delivery being late with a string of excuses. Such a shame. This could have been communicated properly and professionally and I would have been satisfied. Also I wouldn't have ruined my mother's surprise. Very disappointing.

Super, friendly service. Ordered flowers at 11:00 am over the phone which were delivered by 14:00! I was able to track the delivery and was sent a photo of the beautiful flowers that were delivered. Colours exactly as requested. My daughter loved them. So great to know a reliable florist close to where she lives for all those special moments. Thank you!

Lady on the phone very helpful 👌 however the flowers for the price were few in quality and quantity poor more green foliage than flowers disappointed as these were for my partner birthday for the price of £45 not worth it won't be using this florist again

The flowers that were delivered excellent ,arrived within a two of hours of my ordering them .Would definitely recommend them to my friends excellent service .

I ordered flowers from the website this morning at 10.55am for a friend who had lost her dad and by 11.45am they had been delivered! Left with a neighbour as my friend was out but I was informed that was the case and sent a picture of delivery. My friend later sent me a picture of them and they are beautiful! Super impressed! Will use again

I'm so disappointed. I used the service because it was very important the flowers for my daughter arrived the same day. They didn't. Despite me having had a coversation with them about which bell to press for the right flat, they didn't. Despite having given both my and my daughter's phone numbers they didn't ring. They have not replied to 2 emails asking about this. They really spoiled what should have delighted my daughter. Then as you can see from the below response, they were especially unhelpful when they finally did respond. They did NOT leave the flowers in a safe place and the flowers were not delivered to my daughter the same day. They say the words 'I'm very sorry' but clearly don't mean them. When I persisted, Katy shelved the problem to the local florist. I'm glad I'm not one of their partners!
