I ordered flowers to be delivered to an elderly friend, as I was unable at the last minute to visit and deliver them myself. I rang and placed an order and within a couple of hours they were delivered. I was able to track the order, and was sent a confirmation photo of my friends husband accepting the flowers on their doorstep. Fantastic service I will defiantly use them again

I never actually leave reviews but I had to after seeing the flowers. I brought them for my friend and she absolutely loved them. Was kept updated with the delivery the entire time and definitely would use again!!!

Terrible, waste of time and birthday ruined. Made call at 9am was told yes everything is arranged and flowers will be delivered today. Call me at 12.20 (which I can’t answer as I’m a HGV driver on route to a destination) leave a voicemail asking me to call them back, which I do on my break. Telling me they can’t deliver flowers today as their delivery was delayed!! Well if flowerssameday can’t get their delivery schedule right. They should now call themselves disappointed same day!!! As we all know birthdays don’t wait till the next day!! Awful service will never use them again!!! Order was placed at 9am Ty not 9.51 as claimed!! You also only called once as had only one missed call from a 01228 Carlisle number when you were advertising on google as a local East Kilbride company. You also only sent one text and an email neither of which were at the times you claim. So not only are you not Flowerssameday you are liarsthenextday trying to defend your appalling service!!!! Ignore their reply they called me once and left me one voicemail and one email all at 12pm!! So not only did they fail to deliver they tell porky pies too, to try and make excuses for their appalling service!!!

Rang me back immediately when engaged - very efficient in talking me through my requirements. Delivery within a couple of hours. Very good service.

You are very helpful friendly will use you again you are the best florist I have used so if this florist i adcentvise people to use it it is 100 per very good and helpfull so thank you regards sylvia

FSD Chester, web page lacking in details but accepted order fo rdelivery to funeral directors. Received an email to respond to clarify some details. I did and was told that was all fine and confirmation gone through with confirmation of day of delivery. Imagine being at a funeral to find your flowers are not there on the coffin! Imagine looking into the matter to find an email had been sent on day of delivery, saying sorry we don't have a florist today to do funeral flowers, we've cancelled your orde'. No notice for making another arrangements just a sudden decision they couldn't do it. On complaint, their reasoning is they didn't get a response on their original inquiry. They completely ignored the confirmation of their phone arrangement and had poor professionally in communication between themselves and no customer care or service. Appalling service, appalling attitude. I was devastated.

Same-day delivery service was brilliant; very quick delivery and an easy-to-use website.

Awful experience. Purchased a gift box of ) red roses which in the picture looked beautiful and full. When received, I had paid £50 for a poxy ) single roses with a tiny bit of greenery shoved in. When complaining, was told I got what was advertised. Don’t expect to get what you see in the pictures

Having been disappointed by the inefficiency of another flower delivery company I was pleasantly surprised to try FSD florists and was impressed by how efficiently they handled my order. The flowers were of high quality and they were delivered to my sister in Scotland on time as requested with a minimum of fuss. Well done to all concerned!

Funeral wreath ordered two+ weeks ago. Specifically told the agent flowers must be in blue on a white background. The order they sent was completely incorrect. After advising the agent, more than once, how to spell the name for the card and the email address, she still noted this wrong. The card sent with the flowers was scruffy. Multiple emails back and forth with a manager "Katy" and staff member "Charlotte" who has told me there's "nothing more they can do". I paid for a service, a tribute for a loved one which was utterly ruined by the teams incompetence. I requested a photo of the flowers before they were delivered, this never materialised. I'm nearly three weeks on and yet still to receive a receipt. I have asked for a copy of the recorded call where I clearly state my order, this request has been ignored, twice! The company have done wrong and are not willing to hold their hands up and rectify the issue! They are unprofessional and have zero customer service/written skills. I will be taking this further.

The flowers was beautiful. I got the date wrong for the funeral but they got in touch with the funeral director, found out the correct date and then corrected me. As I said, the flowers was beautiful and stood out from the other arrangements. The staff was great. I will be recommending them to friends and family.

Delivery was so quick any the lady who delivered was lovely.
Ordered for my daughter and she loves them.
I would definitely recommend and will order from here again!
