Failed to turn up!

I ordered Flowers at 11am for delivery before 5 when the person leaves. The driver decided to route elsewhere so left no time to deliver. Even when i rang earlier there was time for someone to drop them as they are only 4 miles away but nothing not even a call back to say they were not going to make it. This has ruined the surprise and i will never use or recommend to anyone as they cannot be trusted to do the one thing their company promises.

Brilliant service.

Brilliant service.
My fella ordered flowers from Germany, after brexit too I might add, and specified what he wanted me to have, for valentines day. I had no idea, it couldn't have been more perfect. Thank you Harris. Excellent service everytime from this florist in Rochdale. Just across from the cemetery. Would recommend to anyone. My nan used them for years, wouldn't use anyone else, speaks volumes.
