’m genuinely very thankful for their work. The staff are incredibly kind and helped me through the entire process. I ordered flowers from Denmark to Armenia for my two grandmothers who live there, and everything went perfectly. There were no issues at all, and the flowers were delivered the same day to the given address. I truly appreciate their work—thank you so much! Both of my grandmothers are very happy now 😊

"The cake looks like a joke. It is totally different than the advertised picture. The Happy Birthday inscription on the cake is like done by a 2 years old child not by a professional. It is a surprise birthday cake but instead of being happy, I felt enormous shame. NEVER ORDER FROM THIS PLACE, ITS A SCAM"

Very bad state of flowers and it was a gift

The worst company out there. They delivered old and worn out flowers ! Horrible customer service after asking money back.

I needed to send some flowers at very short notice. After making initial contact I asked for them to be delivered before 11am to an apartment of my girlfriends for her to take to the funeral however, she had to leave early and without asking they took them to the church for me instead after finding out the details of the funeral, now that's service of the highest standard, can't thank you enough and will always use your service, thanks so so so much!!!

Excellent and fast service, many add-on services that are convenient if you want to make a surprise.

Ordered roses, bunch of balloons. To my surprise order was taken for same day delivery, moreover, in 2 hours my sweet sister got it. I live in Dublin, You will not find anything like that here. So, all my personal orders, and orders of my company will go to them, as we have partners in Armenia too.

Excellent service, prices are not high, though not cheap, flowers were amazing, I had never seen such a beauty. Here in Crimea flowers are simply wrapped in a simple paper, or tied, but my flowers were so beautifully wrapped, just like piece of art. I want to thank the designer, I wish I could upload here the pic my sister sent me. thank you again, I will definitely buy from you again.

Used this service for three times, and decided to write a review. There are some minor shortcomings, that is why I give them four stars, but overall the service was better than anything I used before in Armenia. The most important thing was that I could pay easily, no registration was needed, order placing was smooth, I liked it. The first time my order was late for 20 minutes, I was told that there were some technical problems with the car, but the last two orders were Ok, just on time, I liked the flowers, they were really beautiful, and the three different receivers were happy.

NIce service for a person like me, who has relatives in Armenia, and wants to be somehow useful. Ordered 4 times for my sister, grandchildren and my daughter-in-law. Sometimes I had problems with the website, I never can find what I want. But customer support girls are always so helpful. Prices are Ok, though could be less. I get photos by viber, they are always nice. So, thank you, I am happy.

On the whole I am satisfied with the service. The flowers were fresh (my friend showed me by viber), the payment process was smooth, staff was helpful. I had an issue with the delivery photo. They had a photo gallery on the website, so I thought I would also get a photo, but it turned out I should have asked for it. So if You decide to use them, ask for the photo beforehand.
