We ordered a competitively priced 3 seater Wentworth arbour with cushions from Flower Garden Leeds on 29th July. Delivery was on the 7th August as promised although there was a slight discrepancy with the supplied cushions. I emailed them and the issue was resolved quickly and to our satisfaction, with an additional cushion delivered on 13th August. They were very helpful and we were impressed with their service so would use again.

Ordered online after messaging a very helpful member of the team for advice. Arrived within scheduled timeframe and my wife and I put it together in about half an hour - because DIY is not our strength. It fit together really well and looks great. Excellent service all round.

What a lovely and kind business this is. I was in the process of buying some garden furniture and had paid for it using PayPal, but before it was to be delivered, I found it alot cheaper on another website, so I called Flower Gardens Leeds and told them I'd found the identical item elsewhere. The gentleman on the phone asked me to email him the link and without any problem, he price matched the item and refunded the difference immediately.
The only problem I had which was no fault of Flower Gardens Leeds was that when the couriers delivered the items, half of it was missing and they couldn't find the lost parts, so I refused to accept it and told them to return it back to their base.
I then rang Flower Gardens Leeds and explained what had happened and asked for a full refund. The person on the phone couldn't apologise enough and again without hesitation refunded the remaining balance with no quibble. So again, thank you to Flower Gardens Leeds.

The arbour arrived without instructions or fixings- but on a Sunday afternoon the team responded to my e mail, sent the instructions and the fixings arrived 2 days later. Fantastic service.

The company demonstrated excellent customer service from the outset; returning phone calls promptly. The after sales service was also excellent with them supporting the despatch of goods. The arbour is perfect and the images on the company site don't do it justice

We purchased a wooden garden arbour and 3-seater swing from this company. The service was first class. Both items were delivered on time and are of impeccable quality. We are very pleased with our purchase. Looks stunning and solidly built to last years.

We will be hosting a garden party and watch the Euro 2024 finals this weekend, so hope to make good use of the furniture with all the family and friends round.

Ordered the Clementine Corner 4-Seat Garden Arbour on a Saturday and received it by the Thursday. Company, product and service fantastic from start to finish. Thank you very much for all your help we are so happy. Delivery also extremely good
