By far the best eCommerce order fulfillment company out there. We have been working together with Floship for a couple of months now and could not be happier. The team is very professional, friendly and is ready to help you at any given time.

When we have a problem, the customer service answers within several minutes to assist us. Shipping used to take up a lot of time and stress but with the help of Floship, we are able to focus on other aspects to grow our business. If you're facing the same issue, I highly recommend reaching out to Floship.

Steve has a great team and they are always really helpful. Everything moves smoothly. My only tiny gripe is I wish there was a way to automatically have shipping cost calculate to each item for customers direct from portal without manual entry but aside from that it is awesome!

Problems happen here and there,but the people at Floship are very hardly working on adapting and improving. Also we experience a great level of service and out-of-the-box-thinking.

My first experience with Floship was speaking with Steve several years ago–he personally took my call even though he was on his way to his wedding, that's true dedication to good service. He does a great job at making sure we are taken care of and on many occasions personally jumped on calls to help address issues that our team has had. On the technology side, the integration to Shopify works great and we're happy with the ease of getting everything set up.

I have been working with Floship for 3PL and courier services for the past 1 year. Before that I have worked on other businesses, and also have used other 3PLs. Their teams are extremely knowledgeable and have good courier solutions for most of the major markets. One thing that I really like is that their software is integrated with Shopify and they also have automation of battery shipping labels. My last 3PLs was not automating the process, hence they often got my shipments screwed up because of it. Given my past experience, I give a full star rating for it.

The sales team was responsive and able to follow up quickly for most of the discussions up to the agreement.

So far so good for the fulfillment side, the volume is building up slowly so there have been no issues

I have been using Floship for my online retail business for the past few years. I also run my own warehouse and have used other 3PL's before.

I am very impressed with how they have managed to automate a lot of processes that my old warehouse providers used to use emails and excels to deal with. This has made my life, and that of my staff, much easier - just the time savings alone have been well worth it. If there's anything that I would like to see improved further it's even lower shipping rates, and even more automation so that I can completely eliminate all administrative email correspondence.

It has been a pleasure working with Floship and we will continue to do so. Fulfillment at its best!

Floship by far has been the most hands on Shipping,Freight, and Logistics company I've worked with. They reached out to me when I was running a crowdfunding campaign offering to manage the shipping logistics of all my campaign perks and they handled that task amazingly. I had a personal rep that worked with me from coordinating the shipping of my product from my manufacturer to Floship's warehouse, to properly barcoding each individual item, to shipping package design, to finding fast global shipping carriers, everything! Floship really took care of my business and I at every stop.

They're a loyal and passionate team that I've had the pleasure of working with and I look forward to having increased business with.

The team at Floship have been excellent to work with. Even with our company being based in the US, they have worked around the time difference and made every effort to accommodate our requests. They have a good knowledge of the online retail space and helped us establish a strategy for our desired market. We have coordinated additional shipping that they orchestrated to ensure our product was taken care of personally. I would highly recommend them to anyone doing business in this area or market.

I originally left poor feedback for this company. But they quickly came around to ensure that the mistakes made were corrected. We have upgraded our fulfillment to on demand and will be following progress closely. Their online portal is really cool and easy to navigate. We will re-rate this in 3 months time and if they hold true to their promises then will definitely be a full 5 star.

If I could give negative stars, I would. I would honestly advise people to steer clear of this company and use on like easyship instead. They attempted to re invoice doubling their original quote. They do not ship out properly. They do not update on returns. Inventory levels fluctuate constantly with even their support admitting they didn’t know what actual levels were. Then they add on erroneous amounts for pick and pack that we worked out was costing us US$300 for a roll of packing tape!

Exceptional service, tailored to meet our specific fulfilment needs, all the way from factory to customer. The whole experience working with the Floship team is like working with a tailor to get a bespoke suit tailored. Fast, responsive, helpful and always asking the right questions in order to get the job done right and with minimal fuss.

The service is really good. I have been using it for about a year and I am finding it to be the best service for shipping out there. It's much better than anything I have used before. The interface is very intuitive and user-friendly too.

I've been using Floship for about 5 months now after switching from another provider due to poor follow through on my requests. Floship has been 10x better with dealing with my inquiries and I can now safely run my fulfillment on auto-pilot.

I backed a Kickstarter campaign that used Floship for its logistics and shipping. Items were to be shipped in January. It is now June and Hustle, the Kickstarter company, is placing the blame on Floship.

We thought that adding more employees would strengthen the production area and even the delivery department but what it cause was more confusion then we realize that we need to hire the right person. Kudos to the management for sending the most competent men for the job. The production department team needed another hand because the orders were in bulk and a good logistic personnel would be a big help. Floship went in and started the making the flow of the work more efficient. More products are delivered on time and the production team is way more sensitive when it comes to their deadlines. Amazing work.
