Great response after very dissappointing experience

After buying the lovely holly with gold dusting garlands and sprays for my tree i bought 2 more sprays and i cannot believe the difference, they look like they have just been sprayed gold the leaves are stuck together.After contacting Florasilk the option offered is to send them back at my cost and the postage to me at my cost so disappointed these should never have been sent to me they should have been sent straight back to the supplier they are nothing like the same thing i bought last year.
Updated 10.12.25 Well done Florasilk i appreciate having the full refund.

Beautiful products!

Beautiful products!! Very easy to order and deal with. All orders were delivered quickly and were beautifully wrapped. Lovely quality faux plants, flowers and an assortment of Christmas loveliness - my house is filling up with lots of Floralsilk products. Would not go anywhere else!

Awful quality

Awful quality. No better than the flowers I bought from Shein for a fraction of the price. Same supplier I suspect!

On a plus note, apart from the terribly squished box they arrived in, the packaging was lovely. Better quality than the flowers.
