I bought bulbs from Florabulbs but they were rotting, I managed to contact the seller who said he would replace them but the replacement never arrived. Now the seller won’t answer my calls. I won’t see that £25 again, what a waste of money and time.

My order never arrived. When I tried to ask for refund online an error message showed. I have left two voicemails asking for a refund - no response. Do not use this company.

Ordered bulbs back in February and assumed non-delivery was due to time of year. Lost patience so completed website enquiry but no response. I may have lost £30 but let somebody else chase them in court.

I paid, I waited, I e-mailed, I e-mailed again, I waited, I phoned up and left a message and I waited.
I paid by credit card and will claim back but please avoid these fraudsters.

I ordered some allium bulbs from Florabulbs but when they arrived over half of them were rotting and mouldy. Really disappointing as I was looking forward to planting them.

I bought 50 snowdrops and 50 bluebells last year and only 3 out of 100 bulbs have popped up from my garden tried getting in touch 4 times but no response so I will never buy from this company again. order number was 02-10690-08683

Previous order fine. However, placed an order on 1 October and have not received the goods. Sent a message which hasn't been acknowledged. Telephoned the number on the website and a female answered but said she was not Flora Bulbs. No reply to mobile number.

Ordered on 7 August and 10 August and still not arrived on 3 September all other orders from other companies arrived within a few days.
They advised me that order has been despatched but see no evidence!

I only received half of my order. I have emailed, messaged and phoned to chase for the remaining and they either don't reply or simply lift the handset and replace, cutting the phone line. This has happened over several weeks, all at different times. Absolutely shocking / zero care or respect to customers. In the end I went through Paypal and raised a claim. After another few weeks wait and the case escalated, I received a full refund. Honestly, its not worth the stress of trouble. Go elsewhere or shop at your local garden centres. I certainly won't be using in the future. I hope this saves someone the hassel I went through.

Have just had a really quick delivery of 500 snowdrops in the green. Absolutely beautiful. I have ordered another 500 because they were so nice.

Order placed 2 weeks ago.

No communication and no items received.

Earlier this week, completed online enquiry. No communication received.

Earlier this week, emailed - No communication received.

Today, telephoned the number on the website - told this belonged to someone else and they were 'trying to sort this out'.

Teoday, telephoned their 0300 number and no-one answered.

Think this is a scam site - warning others ...
