Incompetent and Useless
I placed an order on Saturday 27 September for delivery to Ocala in Florida USA on Tuesday 30 September. I paid a lot of Sputh African Rands for the order, and trusted that it would be received on the intended date by the birthday celebrant.
It has still not reached its recipient, and in following up with Flora 2000, I received a message telling me that my order has been cancelled due to unavailability.
At no point did they send me an email, firstly either to confirm my order, or secondly to let me know it had been cancelled.
They are completely incompetent, and customer service is non-existent.
Never will I ever even consider making use of this institution again, and neither will anyone acquainted with me.

The absolute worst
The absolute worst. Imagine my surprise after ordering 12 red roses, a box of chocolates and a teddy bear for gf on Valentine’s Day! (A day early actually). And she goes to get the delivery and it’s 3 roses and Chocolates. Not really worth the 90usd. Filed a complaint with my credit card company and they’re investigating. Steer clear of this dumpster fire
