Sorry Danielle, delivery let you down. The delivery arrived damaged, I signed for it noting the damage, took a photo of the damage on the pallet and another showing damage in the open pack. All sent to flooring365 in their 48 hour window. Then Russel responded saying the damage was minor and I should absorb within ‘industry standard wastage of 10-15%’. As soon as I pointed out that the retailer is responsible to deliver the product in an acceptable condition under protections afforded by the consumer rights act 2015, they ceased responding to my emails requesting replacement of the damaged product. The point being (that flooring365 fail to recognise) is that ‘industry standard wastage’ does not absolve the retailer for failing to meet their obligations under the consumer rights act.

Really pleased with the service from the team friendly & conscious throughout, Danielle was very helpful in checking the details & delivery of my order. Excellent service
Excellent service. I ordered online. On the Monday morning I had a call from Danielle in customer service who suggested I should change the underlay that I had ordered as the one I ordered would be too thick for the flooring I ordered. She also arranged the delivery with me at the same time. I have yet to receive the flooring so unable to comment on that yet. But so far customer service has been excellent.

The floor was cheap and discoloured
The floor was cheap, our first mistake. When it arrived it was discoloured when viewed from the window side of the room. Our experienced fitter was blamed for the discolouration by a totally dismissive customer care department. Wish I had seen the terrible Google reviews before buying. Never again !

Great communication throughout and delivery was bang on time...however although the flooring came in undamaged condition because the boxes aren't labelled with a product name have absolutely no idea if it was the flooring I ordered!!!

Engineered flooring
Looking at flooring online, I spoke to a couple of people prior to actually ordering. The 2nd person I spoke to was Lily from Flooring365. It was lucky that I did because I would have ordered a product that was not suitable for the application I needed it for. Lily guided me through to the correct product and was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable throughout. I would highly recommend consulting her.
