I love my ring, and the service the guys at Flinn have given me. Sadly I lost the original one and needed a replacement. When I got in touch they were super helpful in expediting the new one I ordered so my finger didn't feel naked for too long.

I love the ring, it's perfect and so comfortable which is surprising because I always hated having rings on. The tapered inside is perfect and I can't wait to have it on all the time.

This website is extremely good-looking and well marketed, unfortunately this guys are proper crooks. We bought a Tungsten ring which got broken barely 1 year after the purchase, the client service told me this was expected based on normal use of an office worker. No apologies, just an explanation this was all our fault and they had issued a warning then sold. They tried to convince us to buy another ring on their website, then at least agreed to reimburse around 40 GBP from the order - problem is that they didnt proceed the reimbursement . After further chasers, it sounds that it was a "paypal issue" and I finally got these 40 GBP back , for a broken ring.
After asking for opinion of a proper jeweller, a tungsten ring should not have been broken unless getting some heavy hit, and the correct approach would have to replace the faulty ring.
In a nutshell, just stay away from them, they are here to take your money and are surprisingly less helpful when it comes to aftersales service...
