Bought a flight experience for my son in law. He tried to book in 3/4 times. All cancelled for one reason or another. Said they would ring him when they had dates available. This went on over a period of 12 months which wasn’t his fault …. now voucher invalid. Don’t waste your money. Ignore date of experience as wouldn’t let me put the correct date in (surprisingly) as booked in 2024.

We booked a last minute flying experience for my son, less than 24hours before starting. It was our first experience like that. We purchased the coupon and paid by PayPal. After that, we could not find our coupon and did not receive any email. We called the number on the website. The phone answered quickly. BTW, I am sorry, I didn’t know who answered the phone, but he was very friendly and patient. Everything solved quickly and he explained the following steps to book the experience in detail. Since it was quite hurry and only one space left. He promised to do the work right away. Amazingly, within minutes, we received the coupon as promised and successfully booked the experience. It was one of the best experiences for my son. Definitely recommend flights4all

I wanted to buy a flying experience for a friend who lives near Blackpool. I was recommended Flights4all and had an email exchange with the company before ordering my gift voucher by phone with Steve. He was so helpful, talking me through the whole process and answering any questions I had. Great customer service and a quick response which made the whole exercise very straightforward - Steve was a delight to deal with!

Identical to the review before me, the first operator couldn’t accommodate our booked flight but Steve was truly fantastic when it came to sorting the problem for us. The speed he managed to do this - on a bank holiday when dealing with a third party; was incredible. Brilliant customer service on the initial purchase and again with my query. I purchased a voucher from this company for a helicopter flight, which was used to buy a flight. I was badly let down by the company providing the flight. I am not sure they had any liability, they certainly weren't to blame, but Flight4all were superb and very helpful in sorting a refund. Good, old fashioned, first rate customer service.

I booked a helicopter flight for my husband at North Weald, as the company no longer fly from that location I asked for a refund, there was no problem with this, and was refunded in full very quickly.

How quick is Steve.! Great service. What more could one ask for. I will use again. Can't wait to let the wife know she is going in a helicopter for her birthday!. Thank you again

Were very helpful in selecting appropriate package for a birthday.
Unfortunately after lockdown venue was no longer available so were very helpful in organising and issuing a refund without any quibble.

They call it Buzz flights because that’s what they do. Their helicopter flights buzz the residents in Ince Blundell all day on Sundays and bank holidays flying low and being very noisy like we are animals in a zoo to be stared at. There is absolutely no consideration for residents as their flights are mostly 5 minutes long. I would love to ask them how they would cope as an NHS worker who does night shifts and cannot sleep, but they don’t answer the phone and take no notice when you ask them to fly elsewhere.
