Do not book with Flight Network unless you want to ruin your holiday.
The flight got delayed for a day. I had to wait hours to contact someone from Flight Network. Agents will transfer you around, saying they can't help you. Some even gave fake numbers and email addresses. Finally got someone to confirm the cancellation. It has been 3 months, and I am still waiting for the refund.

Customer service is a joke, chats closing in 1 minute, every agent say different stories, tried to rebook my ticket for 3 days and they were just passing me around. Do not recommend and I will never book via flight network again

Horrible CUSTOMER SERVICE. I paid extra to be able to change the flight but no one helped me with that! I got to buy new tickets somwhere else due to extreme ignorance of the agents. Do not book with them anything!!!!

The worst interface for changing
The worst interface for changing or canceling flights. They actively timeout chats rapidly to make you restart. Then they don't do it!! I lost $160 because I spent 1 hour trying to get something cancelled. Outrageously bad customer service UI that simply robotically starts every chat over, even when the chat itself has all the information showing in the thread.

We were able to book a flight from Lusaka to Johannesburg in early June 2027 using the FlightNetwork web site, where other flight booking sites could offer no details. The booking process was easy and quick.

The airline discontinued the route yet I have to pay a cancellation fee
The airline discontinued the route I was booked for. I never heard from FlightNetwork but received a notification from the airline and when I approached them they said they would cancel but I have to pay a "handling" fee to cancel. Meanwhile I did not cancel the airline did. I will never use this company again. Now I have to file a visa claim.....

Argentina airline changed my flight.Ok, I asked for a refund.Can only contact Flightnetwork through online chat, a complete nightmare.Telephone contact number is abroad so would cost a fortune.Chat takes forever...a Bot initially then ages for an agent.That agent is then dealing with multiple enquiries at the same time so answers to my questions took several minutes each.Awful service.

My fault as I mistakenly believed I was in contact with KLM, I wasn’t, trying to check in I discovered my name was incorrect on my ticket (yet again partly my fault not checking) I managed to get KLM to check me in but was told my return ticket would need to be corrected.
Online chat from the departure lounge in Uk indicated no problem but it could not be done at that time “contact us in a couple of days sir after you arrived”.
Couple of days later from the Netherlands there is no online chat available so ages in a phone queue to discover there are many problems and it will cost me.
I am 70 years old and traveled extensively around the world having never used a travel agent until now and I never will again. My mistake I accept but I believed I was dealing with KLM.

I booked flights through this company and immediately noticed that my name had been shortened from my passport name to my nickname. I contacted them straight away because I obviously needed the passenger details to match my passport.
They told me I could request a name correction and charged me **£102** to do it.
I paid the £102, only for the payment to later be refunded and the correction not completed. I was then told the airline had declined the request and that the names could not be changed.
What makes this worse is that I was told multiple times that the name correction could be done. One agent even told me to wait until the tickets were issued before trying to correct the names. Had I followed that advice and waited, I could have been pushed outside their cancellation window and left in an even worse position.
I feel completely misled. I was trying to fix the issue immediately after booking, but instead I was given confusing information, charged for a correction that did not happen, refunded without the names being fixed, and then told my only option was to cancel the whole booking.
In the end, I was only able to cancel the booking by paying a fee.
This has been one of the most stressful and frustrating customer service experiences I have ever had. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend avoiding this company and booking directly with the airline instead.
Edit ** they can reply to this review but not my complaint! They’ve said that the mistake was mine. Employees told me I could change my names, Air Transat also told me I could change my names. Your employees told me to wait for the ticket information which would have increased the fees for when I inevitably cancelled. Don’t try and justify the situation by putting the fault upon the customer.

I did book flight with them, not a low cost flight, but premium airlines. I wanted to change the dates, where all the other agents would contact the airlines and provide answer. But for them, they pluck the price from sky and saying that is the price! I even provided proof to them on new flight purchase with same airlines on new date, cost 30% less than what they showed! All kind of C&B stories, saying this and that cost! Trying to rip off customer at any possible chance! Avoid this agent at all cost!
