Return flight to wrong City
DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. BUYER BEWARE. This horrible agency booked my return flight to the wrong city. I spent 5 days calling to fix the issue but kept being "assured it was escalated". They refused to connect me with a supervisor. They told me I'd hear back within 24 hours multiple times over the 5-day period. In the end, they ended up emailing me there was nothing they could do to resolve the issue the DAY BEFORE my return flight, after assuring me it was escalated and they would resolve it before my flight.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE.

As my friend told me about your website and i thought that is great and i could see all the indormation which i needed to zee and was happy with this site but there is no information on which terminal your flight leaves
Flight Network
Let me begin by saying: please do not buy air tickets through Flight Network. Their pricing can be misleading. They may advertise a cheaper ticket, but after purchase they partially refund the baggage amount they initially included, making the total fare appear lower than it actually is. As a result, you may end up with a ticket that has no checked baggage allowance at all, leaving you at the mercy of the airline’s excess baggage charges.
In my case with Etihad Airways, adding baggage later was extremely expensive. An additional 5kg cost AED 133, while the minimum 25kg baggage allowance cost AED 630 for just one passenger on a one-way journey. Adding baggage for the return flight doubled the amount to AED 1,260 for a single passenger.
This kind of practice between some travel agencies and airlines needs to stop. I strongly recommend booking directly through the airline whenever possible to avoid unexpected charges and confusion later.
Avoid using third-party travel agencies if you want transparent pricing and clear baggage policies.

Immediately started to change things
Immediately started to change things, canceled my luggage so I have to book with the airlines, make it difficult to get in touch. Absolutely no trust for the future ,will avoid this team and never use again.
Got a very weak excuse, but only once I gave a review. Really not impressed

Will never book again
Booked a flight home from Venice to Toronto 2 months in advance for June 16. The airline changed the flight to the same time on June 15. I was NEVER notified by the Flight Network (not in inbox, spam, junk, deleted) despite the airline confirming they had notified them well in advance. I ended up missing my flight (I had no clue the time had changed), having to pay an EXTRA $2000 to get home, and am now left with a generic response stating there is nothing they can do. No refund.

Very convenient and very good price
Scam site - avoid
Like many other users here, I used FlightNetwork by mistake as they were the first result on Google (with the name of the airline in the title), and the website used the same colours and branding as the airline. Was horrified to realise my mistake as soon as the payment went through. Was offered the opportunity to cancel for 68 GBP (almost 50% the cost of the flight). Customer service slow and unapologetic (verging on rude). Will be submitting a complaint on their deceptive practices to the UK's CMA.

There were not decent hour options for both departure and arrival.

The response from FlightNetwork below is not accurate because the airline released my money in March, which is confirmed also by the support team in writing.
Still did not receive my refund after 4 months of the airline releasing my money. FlightNetwork did not provide timeline or clear answers after 10s of rounds communication with Support. My experience has been absolutely horrible. There are much more customer-oriented booking apps available, it feels like they earn money this way, by not releasing my money.

insanely overpriced and sneaky.
My mom went to book a flight on easyjet website and didn't realise she clicked on flight network because it was the first one to come up and it looked like the regular easyjet website. The price for the flight was cheaper than what easyjet were showing to me on a different computer (by a few pounds) so she continued with the purchase. When it came to the luggage it was insanely overpriced, but she needed to book the flight, so she kept going. She even paid extra for flexible booking. We realised it all 3 hours after she made the booking that it was not through EasyJet like she thought, and called their customer service, which answered really quickly, but they said they cannot cancel or even refund the luggage payment. It came to a 200£ difference which is huge for a short flight from london to belfast.

Was quite upset and disappointed when I booked my flight at the price and then halfway through you increase them by $160 can’t really see how the price can go up in the matter of five minutes

Beware: Stalling tactics to steal your money. Avoid this agency!
Do not book with this company, Mytrip, or Gotogate—they are all owned by the same parent organization. While their tickets might look $50 to $100 cheaper than booking directly with the airline, it is a trap if anything goes wrong.I booked a ticket from Madrid to Kuwait on Feb 13, 2026, for a flight on March 25 (Air Europa UX3670). Due to regional conflict and the closure of Kuwaiti airspace, the flight was cancelled. Since that day, I have been fighting for my legal refund.Their customer support is a nightmare. They do absolutely nothing but delay and play word games. Every agent I speak to tells me to wait "10 days," and then the next one says "another 15 days." They are taking advantage of a crisis to hold onto passenger money and blame the airline.I am now taking my case to the European Consumer Centre (ECC) and civil aviation authorities. Save yourself the stress and book directly with the airline.

their response confirms their mistake and proves exactly what happened. This experience is entirely unacceptable and a clear warning for anyone considering booking with their company.
