I ordered a pair of shoes

I ordered a pair of shoes, I got the confirmation that I had purchased them, but never received anything after that…was trying to get a hold of anyone but wasn’t able to! I called the bank for my money back and after I did that, that’s when they sent me something saying that my package would be here the next day!

I will give them another try so I guess that's a positive but the time it takes to receive your product is beyond ridiculous I understand they have to authenticate the shoes but they take forever to come and I purchased new sneakers and 1 of them has a crease in the toe box SMH not good at all
