Made it quick and easy

Came early then expected everything was authentic this not a bot they snapped for me

Received the wrong item. I ordered a size 11Y, and received a size 11C. Perhaps the seller got confused or tried to be sly. But this leaves me with little faith in the "authenticity check" that Fight Club has. A resolution has yet to been reached as I have not heard back from Customer Service.

Easily able to find the specific shoes I was looking for, compare prices, and make a selection. The confirmation email said the shoes would ship to them first from the seller for verification of authenticity, so it took a little longer than direct shipping, but understandable and totally reasonable. Shoes were in the condition expected. Overall I am very happy and would buy again :)

its safe to say that everything that went wrong, well, went wrong. i got a pair of limited jordan 4s for about 200, and i have wanetd these shoes for a long time. i am a size 10.5, which i ordered, but they gave me a size 3. to top it off, the shoes were discolored and stained with some weird black substance. i contacted them, which took FOREVER to get a hold of someone, and they just played dumb and said i was liable when all i did was open the box. when i said that ideology was stupid, they replied by saying they would rather go back in time and put a condom on my father than give me a refund. nuff said. horrible experience never coming back

The store did not put me apartment unit in my package. My package gets here to GA “ONLY” for UPS to return my package back to the store . I’m pissted 🤬 I can not reach FLIGHT CLUB by phone I had to email them instead. When someone reached out via emai,
In continuance….. Once I communicated my issue with “Noel” . Noel then emailed that the delivery issue was attributed to an incorrect address provided on my part.
However, upon reviewing my order details on my account my address was correct and saved upon completion of my order. My address was also confirmed with UPS. UPS stated that it appeared there may have been some kind of discrepancy with Flight Club. Again….My records indicate that the complete and correct shipping address, including apartment information, was accurately submitted at the time of purchase. A UPS representative further informed me that the omission of my apartment number originated from Flight Club during the shipping process. So why am I getting blamed for their error?!
This situation is an inconvenience especially given the upcoming school year commencing on August 3, 2026, for which these item were intended. Furthermore, the store was a primary retailer for these specific Airmax shoes, apart from secondary market platforms like Goat and Stock X, making their timely receipt crucial.
This was my first time shopping online with this retailer. Such a bad experience and I’m overly upset about this matter.

Order a pair of shoes and they told me the shoes were verified and then waited two weeks to tell me they were canceled by the seller. Had to order from a different company who came through.

Buy a mystery box should not have been opened in my opinion. Seems like best pairs you have no chance to get if all bags opened and manipulated before they arrive to customer

Its impossible to get assistance after you order. It takes too long to receive package.I will never shop here again.Im still waiting

It says that my Jordan 10s were delivered July 16th but I never received the packaged.
