I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Lizmar vd Mescht at Flight Centre, Mountain Mill Mall, Worcester, for her outstanding service.
This is certainly not the first time we have had the pleasure of dealing with Lizmar, and once again she has exceeded all expectations. She consistently goes the extra mile, thinks ahead, and takes a genuine interest in understanding and meeting her clients' needs.
With our most recent travel arrangements, my disabled son was also part of the travel plans. Lizmar went above and beyond by proactively arranging special meals and the necessary assistance to accommodate his specific needs. Her attention to detail, compassion, and willingness to ensure that every aspect of our journey was taken care of made a tremendous difference to us.
Exceptional customer service like this is rare. Lizmar is a true asset to Flight Centre, and the company is fortunate to have such a dedicated, professional, and caring employee representing its brand.
