Fast efficient service as ever. I have used the Flight Centre on a number of occasions now - always excellent service.

I was absolutely delighted with the customer service of the two people I dealt with at the Flight Centre. They went above and beyond to help me book our flight to Brazil, we were very stressed doing the booking ourselves and we couldn't believe the kindness and help we got from Emily and Garry. We will definitely use the Flight Centre again and I will recommend them to my family and friends

Liaising with Imogen Altman. Fantastic service. Imogen found the flights and answered my questions. I made an error with dates. Imogen sorted it all out with BA within the booking with total professionalism and humour after payment had been made. What a star. Exceedingly happy with the service. I always use Flight Centre and they are alway brilliant.

I have had the recent pleasure of dealing with Youssef Elashry, consultant at Flight Centre (Clapham). Youssef is an excellent communicator and provides friendly, efficent and professional service. His knowledge of the travel industry and long haul travel in particular is extensive and insightful. Due to personal circumstances, I was unable to proceed with my booking and he accepted my change of plans with grace and charm, despite the considerable time investment from him. A true professional - thankyou Youssef!

We have dealt with Chris over many years and have never been disappointed. Not wanting to travel to Kingston all has been booked on line. Chris responded immediately to all our requests and queries. We trust his expertise completely.

Expert advice from a very knowledgeble agent Kim. Took time and went to a good deal trouble to find the flights we wanted and made helpful suggestions about the routes we might use. Very welcoming and polite. Very professional and a high standard of customer service we experienced.

Ben has been my contact for Europe and Jamaica flights over a number of years. He has seen me through my mistakes (wrong dates supplied) and rescued me in the friendliest and least expensive way possible. I always feel it’s the best possible service for me personally and he’ll ensure any extras are covered, knowing my needs (eg aisle seats). He is so quick to respond and I feel safe with his advice. A real star.

We entrusted our planning for our 2027 trip to New Zealand to Josie Gough at Flight Centre.

Whilst it’s still several months before we head off, it’s fair to say that Josie made the booking process very straightforward, despite our repeated questions and queries around the itinerary.

Josie’s knowledge of New Zealand, having lived there, was invaluable. Booking such a lengthy trip, with stopovers in Singapore and Hong Kong, and a side trip to Fiji, would have been very challenging for us. Josie was very patient with our email queries and was always prompt with responses; I’m sure we were somewhat challenging to handle but Josie was able to pull everything together so that we can now look forward to an amazing trip with all bookings and arrangements finalised and in place.

Chris has kept us up to date with the planning of our trip to Australia and associated stop overs.

Jack was so good with my parents. I am in Australia and my parents are in their 80s and had to book flights urgently to Australia after my dad’s cancer diagnosis. They find online and bookings etc incredibly challenging. Jack made them feel so cared for when he sorted all their flights and it was such a help in a really difficult time.

This is dedicated to one man in particular Kevin who works for the company at Ealing Broadway such a gentleman, a very understanding man I was like don’t work phones very well he took me all the way through where I should do time of travel how many breaks I would have between journeys and this was just an estimate always polite and pleasant I phoned her back the same day and said yes I have the go-ahead to book the flight then we tried many times to pay for the flight, he assured me I wouldn’t be. I wasn’t the first. I’d probably not be the last then when my phone prompted me to call the fraud squad from my bank account he was so cool. I’m thinking whoa and said to him I have to take this call he should me that’s fine. We had a break of maybe 15 minutes while I talk to the fraud squad from my bank to reassure them that this was genuine. It took probably 20 minutes hundred hundred percent. Thank you to my bank for checking on me. Eventually the fraud squad agreed to pay the money into the account and Kevin talk to me all the way through this he’s a star and your company a proper gentleman who knows what he is doing to help us 69-year-old man and have the patience not many people do for old people now my flight is confirmed to Perth with my son, I am so happy. I know I paid the money Kevin without you and your Help it would never have happened. God bless you sirwherever you go. I will always think of this time 1000 credit 1000 stars and this is a genuine compliment to one of the best people I have ever had any dealings with in booking flights Kevin thank you ever so much. I told you if I’m passing Ealing Broadway on my trip back to London I would love to take you out for a bit of lunch just to say thank you personally all the best John
