Do not deal with this business!

I ordered their acclaimed EMS foot massager which they promised to be shipped within a day. Once I had paid for this product, FlexRelief informed me that shipping would be in two to four weeks.

My request to cancel the order was ignored. However the product did arrive some 10 days later.

Six weeks later the EMS foot massager broke down. Despite two emails to FlexRelief's head of customer services, I have not received so much as an acknowledgement let alone a reply. Their so-called 12-months warranty is not worth the paper it is written on!
