I placed an order on the flexi-cut.com…

I placed an order on the flexi-cut.com website in October 2025 and I'm very disappointed.
The customer service seems to be entirely automated, with no real human contact behind the scenes.

After paying €199, I haven't received any further

undelivered orders, no clear email replies, and it's impossible to speak with a real person.

I admit I've been ripped off, and at that price, it really hurts.
I was expecting the product with high hopes… but so far, nothing at all. I very much doubt that it will arrive.
Beware this is a SCAM.
