Where do I start with these jokers. Ordered flowers for mothers day paid nearly £90 with delivery and £10 of chocolates, disappointing flowers tbh think I could have bought a more impressive selection from Asda.
Had a work meeting on the delivery morning 9-10am so messaged them 3 days early to let them know and found the flowers and chocolates dumped at the side of the bin in the rain. When I tried calling them twice they just answered and hung straight up. Whats the point in a website contact form when you ignore customers? I'm a local business owner in Deepcar and if I treated my customers this way I would have gone under years ago. I will be sure to let all local people know about my experience here absolute diabolical. The flowers were like a £30 bunch from the supermarket so disappointing, looks to me like they were just cashing in on mothers day really don't like companies like this will be 100% not recommending.
