Do not order from this company - I have placed an order for a dog bed that I have not received. There is no response to my email requests for updates and the phone goes straight to an answer phone.

I paid for a harness last month. It hasn't been delivered and I can't get through to the company via email or telephone. The website still appears to be active and taking orders but I don't think my purchase is going to be sent. I'm assuming I need to go through my credit card company as the advice below appears to be that the company will not refund.

I needed clarification on sizing of harnesses, intending to buy 3 or 4 different colours. After leaving a total of 3 messages on both phone numbers and sending two emails over 8 days I have not had any response, so must assume they are not interested in staying in business. I’ll have to find someone else who makes waterproof harnesses.

Dreadful avoid at all costs. I ordered and paid for harness and lead paid in full £62.
No reply to emails, on the 2 occasions I managed to speak to Joanne was told to be patient it was in hand and due to be delivered. Now unable to get through, goes to answerphone.
After 5 weeks I have no hope left and want my money back.
Such a shame!

I purchased a harness in good faith and paid for the product. Despite assurances close to 3 weeks ago that it would be sent via Royal Mail (no tracking number included in the email) I am still to receive the harness. I have attempted to contact the business via all sorts of methods (phone, email and social media) however am recieving no response from them. The phone continually goes to voicemail and have left numerous voicemail messages. Its an appalling level of customer service. I have remained polite at all times simply asking for an update on whether it has been sent and am continually being ignored. I am hoping they will reach out after posting this. I am now in the process of seeking advice on how to proceed with the next stages of this, given breaches they have made. Item was purchased and paid for in good faith. I would avoid this company.

Please could you advise if it was actually sent out as I was advised it was made and have paid for this. Please send out. Or if not please send us confirmation of this so I can forward across to my card provider to claim the money back as have no doubt they will query this and could potentially be a lot of money out of pocket. Thanks in advance for your assistance and look forward to your help with this matter.

*am extremely disappointed that a generic message is sent with no responsibility of how you would claim money back etc. Despite the circumstances which are extremely sad and have seen that all customers effected have been extremely sympathic (including myself) the company has been obstructive. They still have responsibility and a duty to provide customers with the items in which they have paid for. Customers are without products and out of pocket.

AVOID this company. Sadly they no longer offer any level of customer service. They have been ignoring me for weeks now. They took my money for a coat that didn’t fit properly, I sent money for alterations. Coat couldn’t be altered but I am now out of pocket by £70 and I have no coat, no refund and no communication from them at all. It’s a real shame that they have chosen to do nothing. I have tried to contact them several times but… nothing. Terrible. And illegal. I’m forced to write this review so hopefully they will take the correct action. But don’t waste your money on them.

This company has the worse customer service I have ever had the misfortune of experiencing.
Firstly having ordered an XL harness I awaited a call. The call never happened.
Next I contacted them as I had not received any updates. I was emailed saying the harness would be sent to Royal Mail on the coming Saturday. Days later still no updates. I contacted again only to be told it had in fact not been made due to the machismo being absent due to illness. Then a few days later, without any updates, it arrived. It was way too big. So I contacted via email again. I received another email telling me to pay to return the harness, pay for an alteration and pay delivery again.
I decided to call the company. I attempted to ask that the company waiver the postage as I would be paying 3 times and if they had contacted me as I had been informed they would, the harness would fit.
I could not get a word in, the owner of the company repeatedly shouted ‘oh that’s ok, Jackie, you think you are so special that you do not have to pay for anything’. She repeated this every time I tried to speak. Eventually I told her that she was the rudest person I had ever spoken to. To which she laughed saying the business was hers so nothing I can do!,
This women is vile and does not deserve your money.

Really pleased with the fit of the harness but after the lead had broken they offered really poor customer service. The trigger hook just fell off, they offer a repair service at a fee but sent a very poor reply saying that I was obviously using the lead incorrectly or had damaged it. I feel that under 6 months use the trigger hook shouldn’t fail. I have a small spaniel that weighs 10kg and had not damaged the lead. Expected more from a British company that I had spent over £70 with. Very disappointing
The company did offer a repair following my complaint but postage was not included and their reply was still very disappointing and rude saying I had obviously used the lead incorrectly or damaged it! I found their email replies very unhelpful and can provide proof It is cheaper to arrange a repair myself.

Great service from this company. We now have a lovely, fleece lined harness for our 8 year old lurcher that was custom-made for her. She is much more comfortable in it and also calmer on the lead now. Thanks so much!

We are delighted with Derek’s new eDog fleece harness! It fits like a glove, and while it is soft and well padded, it is certainly robust, with good strong rings. The Y design is perfect and allows natural movement without restriction.
The sizing instructions were spot on as well.
We are so pleased to have found fleecedogharnesses.co.uk. We'll be buying one of their harness compatible coats for the winter.

O have recently purchased a harness and lead for my little assistance dog Joe.
I was so happy with it. Its beautiful, soft and great quality. I received great help from Joanne explsing how to take clear measurements etc . She was so helpful patient and informative. The result is a beautiful fitting harness which is so comfortable for Joe Big thankyou and highly recommended x

My dog came over to the UK from Romania and is an odd shape. I struggled to find a harness that fitted and then I found this company. I took some initial measurements and sent a photo in asking for help. Joanne called me back and she immediately identified the issues I had been having and knew how to solve them. When the custom harness arrived it was really well made and fitted perfectly. It looks comfortable on my dog and I feel he is secure in it so no concerns over escaping. So very pleased I found them.

This the third set of harnesses I have bought from the company. Originally, I needed a harness that my scared little rescue dog could not wriggle out of. Those days have passed, but he has grown so needed the next size up and they are the harnesses that fit him the best! Excellent customer service, and a personal email from Joanne as to progress of my order.

This company is absolutely brilliant. They have a wide variety of choice in harnesses and leads.
Joanne who runs the business is wonderful. She checks in to make sure measurements and materials are all correct before the harness is custom made.
I have bought 3 harnesses from Joanne and each one really has been better than the next. I cannot recommend highly enough

This is the second harness I have had from this business and I've been delighted with the service and finished product. Joanne was so helpful in talking me through updated measurements and bespoke requirements.
Joanne provided a clear timeline of when I should expect to receive the harness and it arrived on time.
The harnesses are truly 'escape proof' and hard wearing. They are fastened very securely and I trust them to keep my Lady safe.

Joanne was brilliant over the phone helping me measure for my elderly Labrador who has lots of fatty lumps in his chest area, and then again for my younger Rottie. Both harnesses look extremely comfortably, fit perfectly and are of brilliant quality fleece.

Also want to thank Joanne again for express ordering for my lab as he needed the harness urgently.

Definitely will be coming back in the future if we need any more!
