Customer service was really quite rude
Customer service was really quite rude. They did offer me a refund but the tone in their messages was not great. I had an issue with my order as they sent it to my billing address not my shipping address. I raised this with them and they said it was my fault as I didn’t enter a shipping address. I checked and I did enter the shipping address, I also checked by going through the checkout process and it will not let you proceed without entering one. I sent them proof and was ignored.
