Jason, who did the work, was fantastic and very experienced. Where the product I bought fell short, he made adjustments here and there to ensure a sturdy build and a good look. This was my first time using the Flatpack Construction Company and I'm so glad I did - they were absolutely brilliant every step of the way! I had tried contacting a number of companies before them but none answered or got back to me. Kane contacted me on WhatsApp minutes after I tried phoning and got all the information he needed, then offered me an incredibly reasonable price. He was even able to squeeze me in the next day as I needed the work done fast!
On the day, Daniel W turned up and was very personable and professional. In the space of about 6 hours he had assembled a large shelving unit, 2 large IKEA PAX wardrobes and also hung up two mirrors, neatly flattening and packing down all the cardboard boxes and tidying up as he went along. I offered to help him carry things to different rooms as some of the boxes were really heavy but he had it all under control and no job was too big.
I'll definitely be using this company again, can't recommend them enough. Thanks again Kane and Daniel!

This company were the first to respond to my enquiry, and matched this by offering a very early date to complete the work. On the day, their rep Daniel was polite and professional. I will be using these guys again and would highly recommend them.

My second hiring of this company and once again they did a great job and at a reasonable price. Saul arrived promptly and soon had 3 wardrobes and a dining table assembled across the morning, with everything left tidy. I can wholeheartedly recommend their services.

Courteous, efficient and tidy. Great service- I wanted to bring the job forward by a day and the team sorted it out for me. Definitely use again.

I saw them on facebook and messaged to get a quote to which they replied asking for photos and dimensions. After I sent all that through email there was a whatsapp message and I replied with all the photos to that as well. I sent a tentative design and clearly mentioned that it can be altered depending on the budget as their email said they are experts in joinery and can definitely can work around that. Obviously you expect ikea hack to be less expensive than bespoke and that’s what I meant. I did not give a cost I am looking at! After sending all that they replied saying that he can’t offer a quote as they don’t have availability. When I asked for a ballpark value they say contact us when you have a realistic budget and it will be well over 500£! Who talked about 500£ for the project? I think just assembling something would cost more than this! I cannot understand how insulting they can be? Why did you ask about all details if you do not have availability? Who are you to decide when I say budget friendly I am thinking of 500£. The most insulting response I have ever seen from a company when providing quotes.
I will not definitely go with you but you better learn to respond to customers with dignity and respect! You should not be requesting details if you cannot provide a quote!

Organising build for father remotely, Kane and team dealt with lack of information from my end and slow responses from father amazingly well and kindy.

The dates shifted for the job, but that wasn't an issue either.

Job done quickly, very professionally, and well within time.

The erecter arrived around the time stated. He worked solidly, and efficiently. He was a very likeable young man, and happy to chat.

Brilliant service. Daniel arrived on time and cracked on with the job. Putting together a six door flat packed wardrobe. Took him around three hours and what a job he has done. Even hoovered up. All the boxes cut down for easy disposal and rubbish bagged up. A very professional job and a really nice chap. I can’t speak highly enough of the quality of the work. A really decent price too. TBF I thought "Thiers No way he's doing this on his own", he's around 5ft 4, older guy, the wardrobes are 11ft wide and 7ft High and very heavy. He blew me away, Fantastic Job, Highly recommend
