Flat Pack Charlie Reviews

We would just like to echo and endorse all the excellent reviews Paul has received already for the service he and his wife Joanne provide and we would 100% recommend them to others. Paul and Joanne came to our rescue after our baby daughter arrived 7 weeks early catching us off guard and extremely unorganised. He managed to fit us in at very short notice and quoted a very reasonable price up front so we knew what it would cost. Arrived at ours exactly when he said he would and then expertly assembled three large pieces of nursery furniture very quickly. The quality of the work was excellent, very tidy and super professional. Paul and Joanne were very friendly, offered some good advice and we couldn't recommend them and their service enough and would definitely use them again. Thank you very much Mark & Katie

We had a large order of storage units to put together, some of which needed hanging on the wall. Paul arrived on time and started work straight away. He put the units together perfectly and quickly, tidying up the packaging as he went. He then helped to position the units in the room, before mounting the shelves on the wall. It all looks amazing and the Staff are really pleased with it, thank you Paul. I won't hesitate to recommend you to others.

Paul was very friendly and set to work straight away. He was clean (instantly putting on overshoes) and tidy. He worked swiftly and accurately. I would have no hesitation in recommending him. We will definitely be using him again. A job well done. Thank you Paul.

Excellent service, turned up on time did the job in hand, very obliging with suggestions, very tidy worker and made a really excellent job
Would definitely recommend 👍🏼 Debbie glover

I contacted Paul to dismantle 2 large wardrobes and then rebuild at another location. It was all done cleanly and efficiently and I think put together better than before.

I contacted Paul about putting together 2 large chest of drawers and a wardrobe from Ikea, he quoted a very reasonable price and we agreed a date when he would come and do the job.
Unfortunately my delivery was late, so I needed to contact Paul and re arrange, which was not a problem for him and we agreed an alternative date
Paul arrived on time (messaging me before to say he was on his way) and I felt very comfortable to leave him alone to crack on.
The quality of the work was fantastic, and without doubt can highly recommend and I will be using again - Paul offers a service where he takes down and re assembles for house moves, something that I'm sure I will be using in the future!!!
Do not hesitate to use this Guy!!

Highly recommend 'Flat pack Charlie'. Professional, polite and hardworking.
I'm a landlord and had a lot of furniture to build in a short time scale. Paul and Joanne got on with the job without fuss and offering helpful advice throughout.Excellent work and very tidy. The bonus is you know the total price beforehand rather than on an hourly rate. Great value for money in my opinion.

Superb and professional. Paul built two large items of bedroom furniture which were not straightforward at all. He showed a willingness to go the extra mile to complete the task and was courteous and exceptionally tidy. The jobs were completed on time and at a very reasonable price.

I would have no hesitation in heartily recommending Flat Pack Charlie and will use again in the future.

Very professional, highly recommended!

Brilliant service and great communication - would definitely use again!

Excellent service with a smile, from start to finish. Paul and his wife built a high sleeper bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers; quickly, professionally and to a high standard. We have one very happy little girl. I would definitely recommend Flat Pack Charlie to friends and use them again!

Great communication, reasonable price, did a fantastic job with wardrobes, very pleased with the job he did, very nice and polite guy, will definitely use again
Well done

Absolutely over the moon with my bedroom furniture, Paul kindly built my wardrobe, dresser and bedside tables and even cleaned up after. Highly recommend to anyone, from the get go he was friendly and he finished it all in the space of two-three hours. He advised me on everything from missing handles that another company had failed to provide to the structure of my wardrobe. I’m absolutely amazed and in awe of the work he has provided at such a small price too, I will definitely be using this company again!

We are absolutely over the moon with our wardrobes. From the get go Paul was so friendly and helpful advising us with what would be best for our design. He gave us a price and stuck to it. Paul and Joanne are a lovely couple who work extremely hard to ensure everything is perfect. The workmanship is outstanding and they made sure everything was organised well, even down to tidying up as they went along. They came with a smile and left with a smile even after a long day. We can’t recommend them enough and will be definitely in touch in the future!

Brilliant service as always. Friendly and helpful with attention to detail and great suggestions. Definitely cares about doing the best possible job.

Very reliable and friendly. Have had a lot of furniture built and it has always been done very quickly and to a very high standard. Would highly recommend Flat Pack Charlie and will definitely be using him again in the future.

Professional, friendly and efficient. Paul built two wardrobes for us in the time it would have taken me to open the boxes, and tidied up the packaging as he went. Customer service is excellent, along with the price! We would definitely recommend Flat Pack Charlie, and will be using Paul again :)
