I think they are out of business - can not get the automated revised password and for 6 months now. Not 1 of the 5 people I have emailed will return my email or call and my customers are pissed because I can ship product.

I've been a customer for nearly 8 years now. The company has poorly marketing issues but the software itself is filled with so many features that can make your website very rich and capable of taking orders of all sorts of shapes and sizes. I have recently discovered two brand new features that I wasn't aware of myself such as Quoting module and Best offer module. I sell high items tickets and the quoting features and best offer are very essential to my business. I feel like having another ebay solution on my own. I also found out the best way of support is by email.

Easy software to manage and much faster than other software. They are lacking customer support but I email support and I get answers within the hour. This software cost 1/3 of any other competitor. So I’m ok if phone support lacks a little bit. The admin has tools like quotation tools, best offers and email campaigns and many other cool features. Good luck

This company is so poorly ran!... I am a customer, and have been for past 5 years.... I am not even sure Flashecom is still in business! They do not answer or return phone calls. DO NOT entertain any relationship with this company... Be warned!!!!

Stay away from this site, worst service ever experience. In the last year there has not been no live operator to help our needs. FlashEcom will take your money $$ but will not solve your needs ever in a timely matter.

Software always has glitches, stays down for most of the day. No notifications of the situations. And when they finally reply, is always " We're doing updates or software maintenance". very frustrating for our business as we are losing customers due to their negligence!!!! I have personally driven down to their corporate office and no one is inside. Looks dead and abandon. Only one guy and he dose not know what FlashECom is, that makes it worst.

They've told me that if i need assistance from a live person, i must pay more!!! how ridiculous. Who dose this??

Their service use to be amazing years ago, perhaps they changed management.

I think Flashecom software is under rated. I think the support is beneficial since a real life technician picks up the phone. So far I liked the new best offer and added quotation tools. You can't go wrong about that.

Best e-commerce website company to deal with! They have the best software you can use to build your own website. I have been with them since 2003 using the E-link solution and throughout the years they have been updating their software few times a year keeping it up to date with technology. One of the best updates that I believe it helped us to do a lot better in search engines was structure data update. Once they released this update about 2 years ago our sales have doubled since then.

Also the reason also what makes me so satisfied with Flashecom is the fact that their E-link solution is extremely easy to use, yet I pretty much can almost do anything with it. I do not have any programing experience, yet I am a great webmaster when I use this software.

I signed up with FlasheCom.com and was talked into a high setup fee. This fee was supposed to be greatly discounted from the norm. (don't know) I was told that there was no way to work in an offline mode while we learned the product and got our designs up and running and that we needed to pay the normal rate while we worked on the site before going live.

The training was tedious and the instructor spent time reading what was already written on the screen. (Duh!)

When we first got our site the sample content that came 'pre-installed' was from another (former?) client of FlasheCom, including a customer list and items. Other content was dated (5+ years old). In short useless and had to be removed.

We had constant issues with searches failing giving errors. The ones that did succeed were very slow.

When I informed our sales rep we wanted to cancel and that we had lost our confidence with the company he said he could put a "No Charge" hold on the account in case we reconsidered. This Hold normally had a $50 cost to it. When we told him to cancel, our monthly charge had already gone through a day or so before.

We were told that the unused charge could be credited because it had already gone through. Rather than argue I let it go and still got charged a month later. Appearently when you cancel you will ALWAYS get charged another month. So now 4 months later (we canceled in March) we are STILL getting billed even though we told them several times to cancel, sent them an e-mail to cancel and even though we were (supposedly) on a "No Charge Hold" apparently they still feel they can charge you.

WE NEVER GOT ANY USE OF THIS SERVICE AND PAID WELL OVER $1500 for an unreliable costly service just to be frustrated, and the charges keep coming!

I've contacted my lawyer, BBB is my next step. I would advise anyone to stay clear of this company!!!

Flashecom has changed the way my business run. I was nervous when I first got the solution. I wasn't aware of this company. But soon to find out how great their ecommerce shopping cart is.
