We booked tickets, paid. Got no email with tickets. We arrived at venue and although we received a confirmation email for payment, the venue did not have us booked in.
Now trying to get our money back.
Would never recommend this site for tickets.
Just back from a trip to Madid where we saw a truly fantastic Flamenco show (inc. Tapas) at Casa Patas. Booked through FlamencoTickets.com. Everything went very smoothly. Communications were excellent and timely. Really good vfm. Would use again and recommend.
