My shin pad sleeves came this week and they were unnoticeable. I loved them so much because my old ones were very very big and chunky and sliped all match and I had to fix them again and again and again, but with these shin pad sleeves, I didn’t need to fix them once, they stayed in place all match.

I purchased the built in shin pads and…
I purchased the built in shin pads and machine washed them at 20 degrees after four uses. The website says nothing about not machine washing the product.
The shin pads have completely disintegrated. I raised this directly with Flair and provided a video and they have refused to provide a refund. They merely a small discount towards purchasing a new pair. They accept that they failed to advise not to machine wash the product and that they will update their care instructions.
They accept that they are in the wrong but are refusing to refund my money.
Terrible customer service.
Very disappointed with the product.
