There are few suggested solutions by phone and difficult or even impossible to reach by email. There is also no response to the customer service form. My DPD tracking email shows me that the order has been delivered and, among other things, signed! I was at home but didn't hear anyone ringing the bell and therefore didn't sign to accept the package. After evaluating the emails on my part, the company/post office provided an incorrect address number, which I entered correctly when ordering. I went to the address where the package was delivered... the house exists but is not lived in and has broken windows and is completely overgrown so I wonder if a postman saw this why he would leave a package there? This was all almost over a week ago... so far the product has not been replaced and I have not received a refund of my money either. So no, I wouldn't recommend the site to anyone.

Update on Flaconi’s reply: i contacted the customer service several times they have not reached out to me once per phone but all i received were review emails on how i liked the product that i have not even received. After my last initiated call where one of your customer services employees was hesitant to refund me my money and after my resilience then told that i’d get my refund l still waited, no mail, no call (bare in mind it has been a process of almost 2 months, if not 2) i then contacted my bank and they forced a repayment from this questionable company. So no flaconi.de you didn’t move forth with what you are trying to make me/ people believe. I would refrain everyone to order from this bizarre site.

Great prices, it got sent really fast, I, definitely recommend

So far it's awful. I want to buy a voucher for 200 eur. Doesn't work in Chrome, doesn't work in Mozzilla. Finally in Explorer I managed to reach payment stage. NOW it doesn't accept my credit card without writing any reason. Yes, it's Klarna service, but I shock by amount of constraints with flaconi. Do you in general analyse customers behavior on the website?

The package was not well packaged. The box is already open. The samples aren't even nice brands

I have purchased two items from Flaconi and my delivery arrived with switched labels from Bauhaus ( I received the label under my name and flaconis company with the same tracking number provided both online at flaconis and Hermes) but turns out the product was two chairs. I contacted the customer service and after some days they responded asking for photos and proof of the wrong delivery and asking me to FIX and get in touch with Bauhaus to fix the wrong shipment operations processes. The lack of agility and visibility with their shipments and plus the they they literally said “well, contact them and fix the problem yourself thank you”. This represents zero respect with customer service.

The app is a disaster. I do not recommend downloading it. But the website is ok

Scam.. Hermes and Flaconi together are a disaster.. expensive colognes purchased and then stolen by Hermes. Flaconi says they can’t do anything as Hermes claim to have delivered. Waste of money will never use again!

I had ordered few perumes from Flaconi. I returned few items from and to my surprise they did not refund me return of two hell expensive perfume. Upon contacting the customer service said they didnt received those items and cant refund me money. I asked for more proof to which they bluntly replied they cant present any more details. I am online shopper for years and have never ever faced this issue. This company dont have any customer service , no process , no documentation. How do i ever trust them

Good price, fast delivery, quality packaging.

They only shipped a package after the reminder email. Clearly the order got lost somewhere. They say they deliver in 1-3 days. But if they forget your order in the first place, then don't hope for fast shipping. Some processes are not working it seems. I will report back on the quality when I receive the order.

I have always had a great experience with Flaconi, mostly I buy skin care products, they have a lot of cruelty free products, and in general it has cost me less than with a competitor I usually also buy from.

I just received my order now Best.-Nr. 1-377301464 and they sent me expired face toner from March 2023 and we are end August 2023!!!

Shame on you Flaconi if i can give zero stars i would have done it ....

The solution was useless asking me to return the item after i send you photos...and i did send you photos and i will returned this useless expired product without even asking me to do it!!!!

You did not even apologize for this big mistake!!!

Half-empty bottle
I used to love Flaconi, prices were always a few euros cheaper than on other online shops, like Douglas, Lookfantastic, Notino, but a few months ago I bought Molecul Escentric parfem that was 100% fake (no scent at all). I did not return because I didn’t even think of possibility that might be fake). A few days ago I bought Shiseido tint that was so light weight, like the bottle is empty, after I put it up side down I saw through clear window on the bottle that almost half of product is missing. I wrote to customer service and they nicely said that they can not do anything and ask me for my understanding. 
I am speachless.

Fake/outdated products
This is the first time I shop from this website. I ordered Murad oil free water gel. The photo on their website shows the correct one that has the special bottle and the cream is 50 ml.
The one that they sent me is the old version of the cream that is like a tube and is 60 ml. This old one has not been produced by the original Murad company for a long time !!!
We are not stupid to buy your outdated or fake stuff.
Now I asked for a return let’s see how it goes. But, never shop again from you!

I have bought 2 perfumes from Flaconi, but just got 1 of them. The package was damaged. Unfortunately not recognizable at first. I think the delivery guy from Hermes stole the Perfume. I'm STILL waiting for support. It is really disgusting how people can be this untrusted. I hope for a refund.

I am using Sauvage Dior for last 6 years. I always bought EDT from shops in past. This time I bought EDP from Flaconi through online shopping. Definitely it is fake because my EDT version used to last whole day then what I got from flaconi. It fades away in 3-4 hours. So disappointed.

The worker from hermes declared the package damaged,they repackaged it and sent it to the packstation further, I picked up the package and opened it and the 100ml perfume is missing, just the samples who were also tested, like half of bottles empty. Hermes has some nasty thieves in their company.
Allways be careful with the package weight !
After a long struggle, Flaconi send me the money back, I will never buy again from them anyway as long they deliver with Hermes.
