I've been a client for a couple of years so far. Satisfied with the selection and prices. There has been a problem with my order once, but they resolved it.

Ordered x1 supreme aftershave set- Mens perfumes box costing £69,07 on the Black Friday sale deal 16/11/25. This was ordered from the tictok shop. Promised delivery 20/11/25-23/11:25. Not arrived. Tried emailing x 2. First email went through with no response and then tried sending a second email which gave a response stating their customer service email was unavailable or unable to receive mail. I would like a response from flaconi asap before reporting to trading standards!

Ordering process went well and delivery was supposedly fast. I used Hermes for delivery and allowed them to drop-of on the staircase in my building. Although I tried to pick up the parcel few minutes after drop-off message there was no parcel. No courtesy by Flaconi and Hermes. All paid price lost! Very unhappy!

It all started with an order placed on October 16th and ended on November 3rd with nothing done. Flaconi Deutschland were unable to process my order for delivery in Italy, even though the country was listed as an option. What really struck me, however, was the incompetence of the customer service. I placed and paid for an order twice, but received nothing and they couldn't tell the reason. They refunded me and suggested I try ordering for the third time. In the end, after repeatedly trying to understand what went wrong with my orders, loss of time and 3 weeks time, they told me that I couldn’t order from Flaconi Germany and had to use Flaconi Italy instead—which doesn’t offer the products I wanted to buy.

They can't even figure out their own terms and conditions and when you point out their own mistakes you get a really clueless response from what must be an intern(I refuse to believe a normal person can be this cognitively challenged!)!!
It's been a huge headache to return a simple item and they can't figure out how to return the correct amount according to their own return policy and/or terms and conditions!!

There are many better places online to shop that are also much CHEAPER!! STAY CLEAR OF Flaconi!!
